The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. I would especially like to mention the hosts. In particular

El alojamiento es perfecto, súper limpio y muy cerca de la playa, tenía todo lo que se necesita para una buena estadía. Está a 35 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad, por lo que es muy tranquilo y seguro. Edward el anfitrión siempre respondía, fue muy amable

Our family stayed at Villa Pelagio for one week in mid-November 2024. Weather in Cyprus was still very nice, sunny, barely any rain and not too hot. We truly enjoyed Marios' villa, specially the pool, it was real luxus to us. Having a 5-year-old and and an 8-year-old children, the pool was perfect to us, since the other half of the pool only has 0,8 m depth water. The villa is good equipped, clean and just as beautiful as in the pictures. It offers a great surrounding for a peaceful holiday, but is not far away from services. There are amazing beaches nearby too like Makronissos and Nissi beach, both suitable for families with children. Larnaka is only half an hour away by car, Agia Napa is very close and Nikosia is one hour away by car. The traffic in Nikosia can be very heavy but possible to survive! Marios always replied quickly and thoroughly to our questions and was really helpful. We can warmly recommend Villa Pelagio!

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming studio in the village. The space was cozy and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Our host, Andreas was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
