Το σπίτι έχει μια απίστευτη Θέα. Είναι πάρα πολύ καλό εσωτερικά και έχει όλες τις ανέσεις και όλον το απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό ώστε να μπορείς να απολαύσεις τη διαμονή σου. Θα πρέπει να βελτίωση τον εξοπλισμό πισίνας (ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες) . Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντοτε πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει . Ο δρόμος είναι λίγο πρόβλημα αν έχεις μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο αλλά η θέα , η ιδιωτικότητα και η ησυχία σε αποζημιώνει. Θα το επισκεφτώ ξανά

Anastasios e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati accoglienti, generosi e discreti allo stesso tempo. pronti in ogni momento a rispondere a tutte le richieste. Abbiamo avuto l'onore di gustare i loukoumades con miele a colazione e la mousaka a cena preparati dalla signora Katerina: insuperabili, entrambi! ci hanno consigliato luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti sempre di ottimo livello. siamo arrivati con tre ore di ritardo e ci sono venuti incontro a metà strada guidandoci anche per telefono. la casa è facilissima da raggiungere ma la prima sera/notte il loro aiuto è stato essenziale. la casa è pulitissima, ordinatissima e molto comoda. Anastasios ci ha fatto trovare acqua in abbondanza e altre bibite in frigo, frutta e tutto quello che poteva servire per la colazione. la biancheria da letto e e da bagno impeccabile e in abbondanza, con possibilità di fare più cambi. un'accoglienza veramente insuperabile. è stato un vero piacere essere ospiti di Anastasios e della sua famiglia.

It was exactly what we were expecting of. Secluded and peaceful location with lots of space, a wonderful porch that combined with the large pool made us feel like we were home. The property delivered everything it promised!

Mapia normal bir hizmetin ötesinde bir hizmet sağladı. hizmet kapsamında olmasa bile ihtiyaç duyuldugunda anında hazırdı. gerektiğinde hemen yardıma koşan mükemmel bir komşu gibiydi. neredeyse dışardan yiyecek almamiza gerek kalmayacak kadar leziz yiyecekler sundu. Kocası Michael ve kendisi çok harika insanlar. Ev denize 10 dakika uzakta tepe bir yerde. ilk basta kulağa hoş gelmeyebilir. ama yaz aylarında akşamları ve sabahları harika serinlik için çok iyi bir tercih. aynı zamanda harika deniz manzaralı bir yer..

The Villa was amazing! So immaculate and spacious, the view was spectacular , everything we needed was there. Gina was the best host, from the moment she met us there to the moment she saw us off, she made us feel so welcome and at home. We were a party of 9 with two younger children and teenagers, that there was plenty for all of them to do. The swimming pool, games, table tennis, foosball. Gina is such a kind lady that nothing was too much trouble and she has a great sense of humour. She helped us with booking a boat trip, finding other beaches and activities to do. The villa was in the perfect location, not too far from shops and restaurants in a car, but remote enough you had so much privacy and it was so quiet, we felt so safe and secure in it at all times. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back there. Thank you Gina xx

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

Location a recommander pour la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et pour le logement qui mérite 5 étoiles pour sa localisation ,son equipement et ses prestations . La belle maman de Maria est une personne adorable, discrète , très accueillante et calme

This beautiful cabin and pool boast a very grand feeling yet, time warm and cozy at the same. You’ll witness an incredible panorama view S. Euboean Gulf with the island of Evia as a backdrop. This cabin experience in Greece is definitely one that will be remembered! Kosta is the perfect super host as his response time was less than 5 min and his concern for our experience was excellent. From the basket of fresh seasonal fruit to the bottle of wine & a few beers as a welcome gift, we truly felt spoiled! He graciousness in allowing for early check-in and a late check out, truly added to the full package! As a family of 9 and we had plenty of space while together and enough space to have quite times as well. Our stay was in the winter and it rained everyday we were there which was highly unusual for Greece. However if we enjoyed it this much with rain… just imagine how lovely it is the rest of the time! We loved staying here, warm and comfortable, with comfy double bed; with fabulous views and it was very warm and easy to heat (we collected driftwood on the beach to burn). We loved wandering around the pomegranate trees and wildflowers. and local woods (learning about the collection of resin). We enjoyed visiting ancient Kerinthos, an amazing situation with fabulous flowers and sea views.

100/10! ❤️ 3 weken verbleven in het huis van Mania. Alles wat een mens nodig heeft is aanwezig.. en het uitzicht vanaf het terras is magisch.. mis het nu al.. Mania, dank je voor de geweldige tips! Je bent een topper! Ik kom zeker een keer terug :). liefs, Fatima ❤️

Τι να πρωτοπώ γι αυτό το σπίτι.....!!!!!Είναι ακριβώς όπως το δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερο.Έχει όλες τις προδιαγραφές για να μείνει μεγάλη οικογένεια αλλά και δύο οικογένειες αν το θελήσουν. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι. Εξυπηρετικοί σε όλα και διακριτικοί.Δίπλα μας σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε και άμεση επίλυση σε ότι προέκυψε.Το σπίτι εξαιρετικό,πεντακάθαρο, με υπέροχη διακόσμηση και με όλες τις ανέσεις.Οι οικοδεσπότες έχουν προβλέψει και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια για να μην σου λείψει τίποτα και να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου.Τίποτα από όλα αυτά όμως δεν συγκρίνεται με την υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο του Θεολόγου.....!!!!!! Όλα υπέροχα, μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και εννοείται πως και την επόμενη φορά θα κάνουμε εκεί τις διακοπές μας!Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

We spent a wonderful month in this lovely little apartment. We loved the location and we were able to adjust it to our needs. We stayed with 2 of our cats who in particular enjoyed the private garden that the property has. Our car was safely parked in the private parking spot. Emmanouel was very friendly and we especially loved meeting his senior father who loves ancient Greek philosophy. The apartment has 2 balconies which are ideal for chilling out or drying your laundry in the afternoon when the eastern balcony is exposed to direct sunlight. The most wonderful wild beach is some 600 meters away, quite walkable. And in about 15 minutes walk, or 4 minutes drive, you are on Zoumberi beach with palm trees, white sand and the Carribean feeling. All in all, we loved our Marouga July and can highly recommend it.

Μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι με το σπίτι. Ήταν αυτό ακριβώς που περιμέναμε. Πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, με πολύ προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη, και με δική μας είσοδο για το αυτοκίνητο για να μην ενοχλούμε και να μην μας ενοχλούν οι άλλοι επισκέπτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης απάντησε σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις και απορίες μας άμεσα και με σαφήνεια. Συνολικά μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

Both Julian and his apartment were peaceful and friendly. He was always there to guide me being my first time in Greece. His apartment is so spacious and clean with some items in the bathroom and kitchen to support my cooking and wàshing. He was so kind and helpful to me.

Super vacances, les hôtes sont réactives et prêtes à aider en cas de besoin. La maison est spacieuse et accueillante, tout était parfait. Si vraiment on devait chipoter, je dirais que la maison est vraiment très sombre. En dehors de ça, rien à dire !

Πολύ άνετο και προσεγμένο σπίτι Σε κοντινή απόσταση από Ερέτρια και Βασιλικό .. θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα !

A fost o vacanta reusita, peisaj superb, deasemenea locatia e una impresionanta atat prin arhitectura cat si poziție. Mulțumesc gazdei atat pentru întâmpinare cat si pentru atenția acordata pe tot timpul șederii.

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus mit vielen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsecken. Man kann von fast alles Fenstern aus das Meer sehen. Das Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein E-Piano :) Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Draußenbereich mit Pool und einfach traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind es ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt. Eine relevante Info ist vielleicht noch, dass auf dem Gelände Katzen leben!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

The wooden cabin was a perfect weekend escape from Athens! The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable, situated next to a taverna. The stairs inside were too steep for our dog to navigate, but he loved the big yard. We will definitely be back!

This place is a gem. We spent a week in April there - 2 families + grandparents (10 people in total) and we enjoyed every moment of it. We were met by the wonderful smell of orange flowers when we arrived. And a stunning panoramic view over mountains, the sea, and fields of olive trees, with goats and sheep peacefully grazing. There is plenty of lovely, green outdoor areas around the house to relax. The pool area is amazing, very clean and well-maintained pool. The surroundings are marvelous and quiet - and just swarming with life: eagles were soaring over us daily, a hoopoe was hanging out nearby, and we met a tortoise wandering around next to the house. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and George and his father were extremely kind and helped out right away with even the tiniest issues. We couldn’t ask for a better host! Great taverna and butcher in the nearby village with a lovely view from the terrace. Daphni beach and its fish tavern also strongly recommended :)
