Absolutely delightful! Johan is a fantastic host. The accommodation is comfortable, the home cooked meals are scrumptious, and the decor is fabulously quirky. We will most certainly be back. The Purple House is unhesitatingly recommended.

Perfect stayover on the N6 . Amanda‘s place is very special, and our kids loved all the animals- goats, chickens, kittens, dogs, each with their own special special story. Amanda also cooked for us, and dinner and breakfast are highly recommended. It’s been a while that I had such nice sourdough bread for breakfast

Karien is very kind, assisting host who walks the extra mile for her guests. She is a hard working, fun loving person and will surely be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amanda's home. The room was big and comfortable, with a massive bathroom and king sized bed. I enjoyed the friendly cats and chatty chickens the most, the place had a loveky farm feel to it.

What a lovely stay. Martin was warm and welcoming. The place has been beautifully furnished and the bed was comfortable. Really nice shower. I highly recommend that you choose them to freshen up on a long drive to the coast.

This unit was absolutely AMAZING!😍The pictures don’t do it any justice, once you walk into the unit it feels like you are walking into a 5 star hotel because it is that luxurious🔥it is worth every penny. The attention to detail is absolutely jaw dropping, The host (Rusita) was absolutely friendly, very accommodating and proactive. If you are looking for luxury, comfort and a home on a budget? We enjoyed our stay at Fox Den. The hosts Cecille and Rowan were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early evening and Rowan suggested a quaint restaurant for dinner. The unit itself was clean, had all the necessities and we were pleasantly surprised by the added touch of breakfast cereals, muffins and juice available in the unit. Thank you Mari Elize!

My husband and I had a lovely stop over during our road trip. We arrived to a lovely lush garden and the room was spacious and clean. I will definitely return again during my next holiday.

A very neat place with friendly hosts

What a beautiful place. Our dog had the best time, playing with Bruce’s dogs and running around on the farm. Lovely breakfast too. Would definitely come back.

This is the third time we have stayed here on a stopover from Cape Town to Johannesburg. It is always such a treat! A beautiful space, and thoughtful details by the host. Excellent accommodation and Highly recommended!
