Truly beautiful villa! The photos simply do not do this place justice - this wonderful ‘wow’ factor home & surroundings are gorgeous. My family felt immediately at home & relaxed. Villa was clean, well stocked with equipment & our hosts Eleni & Marinos were lovely - both on hand when required & respectful of our privacy. We received a welcome package which was very thoughtful. Filter machine meant no need for bottled water. We walked up to Old Hersonissos a couple of times & enjoyed some lovely food & a little shopping in a vibrant atmosphere. Also we went shopping down in Limenas Chersonisou. We enjoyed BBQ at our villa, eating outside during a full super moon! 🌖 The mountain, the sea view & the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The outdoor gazebo area is fantastic for chilling day or night, with cold drinks (or ice creams) immediately on hand from the outdoor fridge. A/C great for all different areas, but the breeze was just as nice sometimes in the main area. Highly recommend 😊

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und sonnige Oktoberwoche in der Unterkunft von Tasos. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass auch auf der Vorderseite des Hauses eine kleine Terrasse war. Somit hatte man morgens und Abends Sonne. Toll waren auch die Empfehlungen von Tasos. Besonders die Taverne auf dem Berg in Rogida war sehr zu empfehlen.

Orgon Farm is a lovely, serene getaway. Located 30min south of Heraklion, it was a perfect central location. We enjoyed the baskets left every other morning by Manolis and his charming farm. We dream of staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. Very peaceful. Often all you will hear are the bells clanging from the local goats. Delicious food at the onsite taverna. Beautiful lodge, with special touches such as a bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us on our wedding. Of note, this villa is very high up in the mountains. If you're flying into heraklian airport that evening, it's a long and dark drive up some very narrow and winding roads, so you may want to make the drive in the daytime. It's about an hour drive up/down the mountain to any other town so be prepared to drive. But the scenery is beautiful...majestic mountains.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was spacious and clean and the garden and pool were great. Our toddler loved the resident cats too! We were happy with the location as it is around a 10–15 minute drive to plenty of beaches and small towns and around 1 hour to Heraklion where there are quite a few things for families with young children to do. Vaso and her family were very welcoming, we had freshly cooked food on arrival, oranges from the garden given by her dad, and we were even invited to try some BBQ food with her family on Easter Sunday. Vaso really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and we’d definitely recommend staying at her place.

Probablement notre meilleure expérience Airbnb avec lequel nous voyageons depuis plus de 10 ans. Tout était impeccable et propre : la maison et les extérieurs. Les terrasse avec cuisine extérieure barbecue et four à pizza était magnifique . La maison se situe à 2km de Perama où l'on trouve de nombreux petits commerces des superettes et des tavernes. L'endroit est tranquille et à l'abri de tout regard. A notre arrivée un tas de petites attentions : Raki, bouteille de vin, pâtisseries ... Si cette partie de la Crète vous intéresse, réservez sans hésitation. Pour éviter une mauvaise surprise prévoyez dans votre budget la nouvelle taxe de l'État grec depuis le 1er janvier de 15€ par jour pour ce type de location car cela apparait pas quand vous réservez sur Airbnb et n'a évidemment rien à voir avec l'hôte et la qualité de son accueil

Stella and her family was friendly and very helpful while we were staying at her families beautiful villa. The villa is stunning and clean. It has all you need while you stay at the villa. Would highly recommend staying at this accommodation. Likely to return in the future! The peacocks add to this beautiful location looking over the mountains of Crete.

Stella's Home was the most positive Airbnb experience I've ever had (and I've had some really lovely ones). The place is beautiful and the views are some of the best I've ever seen with the beach being only a 6 minute walk away. Stella was also an exceptional host. She stocked the fridge with some complementary groceries which made for a really positive start to our trip, especially after a day of traveling. It was also one of the most thoughtful things a host has done for one of my stays. Stella was also very communicative, checking in to make sure everything was going well for us and if we needed anything. The hot tub was amazing, the house was spotless and comfortable, the description of the space completely accurate. 5 days was not enough for us here and if I ever make it back to Crete, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

Nikos' place is incredible. It totally transports you to another time and lets you absorb the beauty of the Cretan landscape and nature. We noticed something new every day. Having the pool with stunning views of the mountains and sea, a well-equipped kitchen and an olive tree shaded seating area to eat in, meant we rarely had to leave the place! A holiday to remember forever for us. Thank you

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans ce logement qui est bien plus qu'un simple "airb&b". Ici, le cadre est fantastique, dans les champs d'olivier, hyper central pour visiter le nord de l'île, à proximité de Karteros où vous trouverez quelques commerces de proximité. En plus de toutes ces qualités, vous trouverez ici l'âme d'une vraie maison de famille où vous ne pourrez que bien vous sentir.... spacieux, cosy, propre et très bien équipé tout y est parfait. Un grand merci aux hôtes qui ont tout fait que ces quelques jours se déroulent au mieux.

We had a fantastic week at Harry‘s place. While the location is a bit remote, supermarkets and a restaurant are still within walking distance. For anything else, we had a rental car. The accommodation is excellently equipped. We were 7 people and more than enough dishes in the kitchen. We also made great use of the outdoor grill and pizza oven. Both the house and the outdoor areas are well-maintained, with someone coming every other day to clean the pool and tend the garden. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I would recommend this Property and our Host. Everything was as indicated in listing. But, our host went above and beyond with his quick response to our questions and perfect recommendations for restaurants and things to see. When he stopped by for a casual visit we felt like old friends and we are lucky enough to have a new friend now!! His wife was kind enough to make us zucchini patties that we delicious! thank you!

Tout était au top. La vue était géniale, la terrasse, la piscine.. La propreté, l’emplacement, le contact très simple avec les hôtes. Magdalena a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer des endroits sympa un numéro à contacter si jamais on avait besoin d’un taxi. Elle a aussi eu la gentillesse de me laisser faire un checkout plus tard que prévu. Encore merci.

This cosy villa was the perfect backdrop to a very memorable trip. The balcony offers beautiful views, the village is peaceful and welcoming, and we liked the convenience of being just a 25 minute drive from Heraklion city. We had all the amenities we needed, and everything is as described. Many thanks to our hosts Apo and Despoina for their warmth and hospitality! We had a wonderful stay.

We kregen een warm welkom van de verhuurder en er was een kleine voorraad drinken, eten en snacks aanwezig. Heel fijn als je (laat)aankomt en niet meer naar het dorp hoeft te rijden. Er is heel veel privacy rondom het huis en het uitzicht op Agia Galini en de zee is fenomenaal. Bed en douche en zwembad is goed; inrichting volgens foto’s. Het terras is groter dan verwacht met vele zitmogelijkheden in schaduw of in de zon. Prettig ook dat er bomen zijn op en rondom het terras. Locatie is zeer geschikt voor bezoek aan Phaistos, Agia Triada. Communicatie met Oreo en verhuurder was zeer gemakkelijk en vriendelijk.

Lovely clean villa and we all enjoyed the great pool area. Stelios was a great host and greeted us on arrival with a friendly and helpful attitude, he was always very easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is set in a quiet area and hiring a car to get around is recommended. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the restaurants of the Old Town, which is a lovely family friendly place to go. We had a relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend!

The pictures don’t do this view justice. It’s breathtaking! The home is gorgeous and the outdoor space is wonderful. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed time at the beach. Most of the immediate area was already shut down for the season during our stay but there is a lovely area about a mile walk away. We spent a lot of time there enjoying the coffee shops and restaurants. The house and rooms were fantastic and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us when we left some glasses at a restaurant. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Umgebung zum wohlfühlen. So stellt man sich erholsamen Urlaub vor. Der Pool mit Meerblick ist sensationell. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen phantastische erholsame 2 Wochen in Alexandros Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für einen komfortablen Urlaub wünscht. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herausragende Lage der Villa. Der Blick gerade vom oberen Balkon auf die Berge ist atemberaubend. Mit einer Sitzmöglichkeit würde der Balkon noch einladender sein, um den einen oder anderen Sonnenuntergang genießen zu können. Alexandros ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er hat uns persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt, half uns beim Transport der Gepäckstücke und begleitete uns zur Villa. Er gab uns wertvolle Tips zum Erkunden der Insel und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das gab uns ein gutes Gefühl. Wir Können die Villa von Alexandros uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomais´resort. Thomais did everything to make us feel welcome and welcomed us with homemade cooking and wine. Located on the mountain top the distance to shopping and restaurants is several kilometers, but excellent taxi service solved this so we dropped our plans to rent a car.
