This was the best host experience I’ve ever had, combined with a wonderful home in the heart of London. Our stay was an incredible find at a great price. The apartment is exactly as described—beautifully furnished, well-equipped, with modern plumbing and a smart design. The location is fantastic, close to shops, the metro, and a lovely park with a Sunday market. Our trip started under stressful circumstances when our original Airbnb fell through. Late on a Sunday night, with two kids, we were stranded. Anna and Niki responded immediately, welcomed us warmly, and checked us in right away. Their kindness and support meant the world to us. The home was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had a thoughtful book collection. Anna and Niki’s care made all the difference. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

We enjoyed our stay. Kieran was very friendly and responsive, a super host. Check-in was seamless. The apartment is better than the pictures; clean, full of amenities. Apartment is walking distance to the bus stop and a not too far to the train station. Overall it was a beautiful experience. The kids enjoyed themselves also. We'd definitely return 👌

The apartment was not only spotless and comfortable, but also filled with thoughtful touches. Thanks to the perfect location, we were able to explore London exactly as we had hoped—walking over 15 km a day and discovering the city’s many beautiful corners on foot. We had a great stay at the property. It was a long term stay, as we have family in Bracknell and required a house for ourselves. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and didn’t want to leave after our stay. We found the property very child friendly, with kids books and toys left behind, which we were more than happy to add a Bluey and few toys too. They also had gates, so we were able to gate off the steps to the upper floor, to make it even more kid friendly. (Sorry we forgot to take it down when we left). For the adult kids, we were very happy with the PS3, right up our alley. The bedrooms had plenty of room, and allowed us with a toddler to have the space and extra bed we required. Location, is perfect, it’s a 15min walk to the main shopping and train station that can take you to reading/London. And it the middle of some cracking pubs. Thanks again for a great stay.

Jams is an amazing host! I had an Amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, well maintained and fully equipped with all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect just a 5 to 7 minute walk to shops, markets, and restaurants, making everything super convenient. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail and making guests feel comfortable. FIVE STARS! A stunning home, immaculately kept, had everything we needed and was a 10 minute (beautiful) walk to everything- high street pubs shops and canal. This place was so clean and tidy, I really appreciated my stay here and the host Salah was great, very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting the O2 venue or Westfield as it is so close. Lovely area, and great amenities.

We booked Dinah's place since we were attending a rowing event at Dorney lake. The location was perfect for us - less than 10 minutes to drive to Dorney from the property. The accommodation itself was great with everything we needed for two nights of rest, sleep, cooking and relaxing. We'll certainly be booking up again in the future!

The accommodation is in a quiet area which is a beautiful place for walking and exploring the Heath and Hampstead. Public transport is also close to explore the city or visit Kew Gardens. We slept very well and would like to stay again when coming back to London.

Lovely annexe in a stunning rural location. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We used it to visit the nearby Bombay Sapphire distillery which was in easy reach via a taxi. A comprehensive welcome letter was given which detailed local amenities and recommendations for places to eat in the area. Communication was excellent prior to our visit, and Mark was happy to provide flexibility on check in time which was really helpful. Easy parking available on site. Tea and coffee was also provided which was a lovely touch. There were also cooking facilities too if that’s your thing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend.

La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Vicina al centro di Londra, raggiungibile in metro, 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze. L'alloggio in cui siamo stati corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio. Era molto pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Arredato con cura e con elettrodomestici di qualità. Spazioso a sufficienza (eravamo in 6), con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Molto bello il giardino sul retro anche se essendo inverno non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo. Tecnologia all'avanguardia per quanto riguarda impianto audio in tutta la casa, caminetto con fuoco, proiettore con telo a scomparsa nel soffitto. Sicuramente a fare la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Justin che risponde sempre a ogni esigenza e ci ha aiutato parecchio a risolvere diverse situazioni personali, sia prima che durante il soggiorno, dimostrandosi gentile e affidabile. GRAZIE MILLE JUSTIN !! Host e appartamento super consigliato.

L’appartamento per due è molto gradevole, tipicamente inglese, luminoso, pulito, ben organizzato con chiave digitale: piccolo ma completo di tutto. Ha un elegante terrazzino con tavolino e sedie. È molto vicino alla stazione metro e si può visitare il bel quartiere di Kensington a piedi fino al bellissimo parco e fino a Notting hill. La zona di High street Kensington è elegante e tranquilla e vi sono numerosi pub, coffee bar e ristoranti di livello. Lo consigliamo vivamente. Grazie tante a Billie e Max che abbiamo conosciuto nel loro bistrot poco distante.

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time in greater London at the apartment. Our family of six had enough space. The kitchen had the necessary items to cook a quick breakfast when needed. Walking distance to grocery’s and restaurants. Easy to grab a Uber or hop on the bus. Park is close by and we went there with the kids. Looking forward to going back at a later time for another wonderful vacation.

Fantastic host and apartment. Exactly what we wanted and description was 100 accurate. From the initial communication to the advice on directions, local amenities and travel routes and then the welcome and help on arrival. The apartment was perfect, well equipped and the food and drink left for us on arrival was very welcome. All in all a perfect stay and we would recommend to anyone.

We loved Gregory’s place, plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and we utilised the airbed which was great. Great location, it was really easy to get on the bus to the tube and get around London. Coffee shop and corner store over the road which was really handy. We will be back!

The flat is exactly as pictured. Kotia maintains it very well and prepared all the best in the flat. My booking is quite urgent, I checked in when the day I booked. Kotia helped me manage everything rapidly. She even tried to help me when I cannot find the next flat in London (thanks a lot🥹) The flat is near the underground stations and just a few minutes from Baker Street. Convenience, clean, spacious. I would definitely stay here again and longer if I have the chance. Thanks Kotia! Wish you all the best.

We loved our mini-break here, had everything we needed. Eveleen was there to welcome us and had left us some kitchen essentials for a well-needed cuppa. The bed was super-comfy. This apartment was comfortable and compact for a couple and had the bonus of a 20minute walk into town. Thank you!
