Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. NO FISHING, SWIMMING OR WIFI.

Cosy 2-bedroom cottage

Now a relaxing retreat, it was once the staff quarters of a historic coaching inn. Ideal for walkers and visiting family and friends, this delightful cottage is situated in the heart of the lovely village of Feckenham. A charming local pub is a short walk away and the award-winning village shop is directly opposite. Useful as a base to explore the many nearby attractions such as Stratford upon Avon, the Cotswolds, and Worcester, or as a sanctuary surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

This Spacious property maintains many original features inside the building however, has modern day favourites. The Mill is a peaceful place to get away to unwind and relax or should you wish has plenty of walks, bike rides, tea rooms, pubs and places to visit close by.

The Swallows Cottage and Hot Tub

A gorgeous cottage that has two charming, individually furnished bedrooms with en-suite facilities and master bedrooms offering stunning views of surrounding farm land and farm animals. The Swallows sleeps up to 6 guests. ( 1 double with single sofa bed, 1 twin) free WIFI, CD player/radio,32” Free view TV and DVD in living room, TV in all bedrooms. The Swallows has sole use of a hot tub and is surrounded by gorgeous Worcestershire countryside around our traditional working farm.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge which offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request (This must be requested when booking). The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.

Between Stratford-upon-Avon and North Cotswolds
