Shaune and Danny were super host! They treat us like family. Cozy , super clean place, amazing view , great local town and it has everything you need to relax , cook , grill and unplug. Yet you can still check your email. My 3 Golden’s loved it and she was kind enough to let us have them! She left us the most delicious home mad jelly and dog treats. Recommend her place and other rentals 100% thank you! 🥰

It was a great place to stay along the river with very nice views. Lots of room in the cottage for my group to socialize and mingle. I recomend and look forwardbto come back during fishing season. Thank you

Great spot away from it all but still enjoyed a few outings. Akadi Illumina in Bouctouche was a highlight. Kayaking, fishing, and swimming! Love the added touches of arrival snacks and did not need for anything while there! Would love to return one day!

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

From the moment we unlocked the door until we drove out the drive 7 days later we were extremely happy with our choice. The cleanliness of the cottage, the brightness of the rooms , the comfort of the beds, you couldn’t ask for anything more. The sunrises are breathtaking. The beach is beautiful, the peace and quiet is amazing. The kitchen had everything imaginable. The yard is huge, front and back. It was so dog friendly. There was even dog dishes at the front and back doors. We liked this place so much we have already booked it for next summer. My whole family gives this cottage and Marie a 5 Star rating all around. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday weekend with a few friends! Right from the start we were made to feel welcome with a welcome basket with everything we needed for smores including fire starters and sticks in addition to nice handwritten note. We all loved the cottage inside with more than enough room for both kids and adults to relax or play games, sleep and eat supper. Outside was also great with the bbq, fire pit, propane fire table, especially at night with the amazing stars!), yard games and of course the beautiful lake especially with the leaves at this time of year! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and a little swimming repeatedly including the last morning after the hosts graciously allowed us to check out a couple hour later! We, especially the kids, also enjoyed the visits from a very friendly pug the hosts had told us would likely drop by. All in all I highly recommend staying at Shore Thing Cottage! We will definitely consider coming back!

The cottage was a very peaceful and private place with beautiful views. My husband and I greatly enjoyed the relaxing setting and hot tub. I was able to read on the beach that looks out on the bay. It was great to also be so close to two towns with plenty to do and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing place to stay.

The accommodations were lovely, Pat was very responsive & he also provided some great recommendations for site seeing.

We looked for a secluded place away from hustle and bustle for a few days and, boy, did we find it! Beautiful surroundings, very well thought out space design and unique, detailed decorations. Kate thought of everything from beach towels to sunscreen to emergency kit. The beach had kayaks, the outdoor space had a deck towering over the magnificent river views where one could enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The place is immersed in serenity of the surrounding woods and St. Croix River. The charming historic town of St. Andrews is just 20 minutes away where one can enjoy quaint little shops and nice restaurants serving delicious local food. A beautiful place worth spending a quiet time in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cottage. The location is beautiful - very private and right on the water. Watching the sun rise every morning over the lake through the big windows was incredible. The house itself is lovely, with a great kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was a fantastic luxury. Justin was a very responsive host (even leaving us with local contacts when he was out of town), and we’re looking forward to coming back again soon!

Beautiful place. Very well laid out. Immaculately clean. So peaceful and quiet. The cottage has every convenience you could need. Very well maintained. Lots of parking. Secure building. Close to two beaches. Warren is a very polite and personable host. I look forward to coming back again.

We had a great stay at Brenda's place: in the goldfinch cottage. My dog Teddy loved walking around the area and the views from the cottage were beautiful! The photos really don't do the place justice, it's a beautiful property. Thank you, Brenda for a wonderful stay and local recommendations!

Richards place far exceeds the description and pictures listed. The beds were comfortable, the woodstove easy to use and a fully stocked kitchen. Cozy sitting area with high ceilings and fans. It is located in a very rural and peaceful area on a hill overlooking the river. It was gorgeous and a perfect getaway. Easy access to what you need (gas, grocery store) a short drive to a small town and restaurants with beautiful Canadian countryside and wilderness everywhere. St John is about 40 minutes away. Richard was very communicative before and during our stay and responsive to questions I had. Fabulous place!

We enjoyed staying at Christopher’s place. It felt like right at home. Had all the amenities and essentials needed. A very well stocked kitchen. Great Lake view.
