As a family of 6 with 4 kids (ages 2 - 11) all with different characters we loved our stay at the beach house and would definitely return. Sarah sent clear, easy to follow instructions for check in. A few stand out things that made our break excellent; the beachfront location, you literally walk out the back gate onto the dunes; the spaciousness of the house, we didnt feel on top of each other but plenty of areas to be together aswell; the cleanliness of the place was fantastic, it was also well equiped and nice little touches the kids enjoyed such as the board games. The area is also interesting and somewhere we have never explored before, we came for a more chilled few days so stayed local but still plenty to see. A couple of highlights were Dungeness nature reserve & the RSPB walks. Our youngest children enjoyed the play park which is a short walk, everyone liked the ice cream and fish & chips, shell collecting and the freedom of the beach on the doorstep.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Very good communication with the host, she is proactive and helpful. Apartment is as described, check-in and checkout are very easy.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

This house is amazing- so much space and options of different areas and activites. We would definitely be keen to return for another stay

Very clean, super friendly host. Convenient location, was sailing at Whitstable and a short drive into town there.
