Come and relax with family or friends. Take an easy walk to Portuguese beach or a short bike ride to world class surf, views and beach living. Watch for shooting stars at night while sitting by the fire or just curl up with incredible views of the ocean. Quails, turkeys, deer and an occasional bobcat may stroll across the yard. As soon as you step out of the car you can feel and smell the ocean breeze. Our house has both the indoor and outdoor space to take it all in and close to trails.

Hansen's Bodega Bay Getaway is a 3BD/2BA home only a 7-minute walk to gorgeous Portuguese Beach on the Sonoma coast. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with stunning sunset views, you will be able to unwind and enjoy the protected deck, fireplace, and full kitchen & laundry. Rediscover unplugged recreation with nearby hiking, fishing, whale watching, boating, and wine tasting. Relax as deer, quail, and the occasional bobcat meander through the backyard just steps from the one-way windows.

The Beach House

This stunning house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

Deer Ranch is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sitting on four acres of private land, with outdoor decks, hot tub, and plunge pool. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.
