Modbury is located within an AONB, and is a quaint and friendly market town. Our Victorian cottage will make you feel at home and welcome you after a happy day exploring or even if you've just popped to the local!

The Annexe

The Annexe is adjoined to Noland House and boasts two bedrooms, a large open planned kitchen and living area, with a wet-room bathroom and use of a private garden area. There's Wi-Fi, free parking for one vehicle (and access to an EV charger on request), and the all facilities of a modern home. Situated in South Brent, not only do you have Dartmoor on the doorstep, but access to the beautiful South Hams (including its many beaches) plus excellent amenities in the local village.
