This 521sq. ft. cottage was built in 2021 and has all the comforts and conveniences of being in your own home. Come relax amidst the oak trees and the surrounding horse pastures …or bring your own horse to board in a private pasture outside the cottage (extra).

This cabin is seconds from the World Equestrian Center and is adorned with a welcoming porch, that offers stunning views of surrounding Oak Trees. You also have the option to rent the entire 8 stall barn for your horses at an additional cost. The 8 stall barn, features spacious stalls, feed room, tack room and wash area for grooming. There are 8 well maintained turnout paddocks.

Newly remodeled Queen bed & full sleeper sofa - sleeps 4 just 12 blocks to downtown Ocala 8 miles to the WEC ( World Equestrian Center). Detached from the main house w/washer dryer, fenced in patio, 1 parking space, full kitchen. Sorry no pets. Not baby proofed. Gigablast high speed internet. Air-Bnb is separated from the main house but on the same property. Please do not go in the back yard of the main house. Security Cameras records the outside gravel parking space.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the World Equestrian Center. Plenty to do right here swim and play at my place… Sit on the patio, listen to the birds, large cooling fan for a nice breeze. Game room with bar, seating, pool table, and gaming closet something fun for all ages. Enjoy a swim or maybe a dip in the hot tub. WEC has a lot to offer this area, soooo close!
