We built this 2 level home 6 years ago and it is located on Washington St in the towns Historic district. The home is set back from street with a long country style driveway. We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Set on a scenic road, the post and beam farmhouse was built in 1780 and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity after a busy day of exploring New England. Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the Adirondack chairs as you contemplate the charms of country living.

Enjoy a private 2nd-floor suite in a historic neighborhood, just a short walk to downtown. The suite features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, extra air mattress, cozy living room, and full bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, laundry, mini fridge, Keurig, and microwave. Relax on the 2nd-floor deck or explore nearby shops, restaurants, Polar Park, and the Worcester Art Museum. A comfortable home base for work, school, or leisure stays. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

A charming lake house with a magnificent view of a ski mountain — Wachusett Ski Resort (voted #1 in MA). Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Your home away from home is a spacious & newly renovated basement/in-law apartment (approx 1100 sq feet) located below the main house, with its own private entrance, dedicated parking & in walkable neighborhood. The unit has a bathroom, full kitchen, living room & bedroom w/queen bed & extra tv. Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

Tucked into the slope of Vaughn Hill on 3 wooded acres, the entire lower level of our home is yours to enjoy. Cozy 2-bedroom unit with “the BEST BEDS at an Air BNB ever!" to quote a guest. Visit Nashoba Valley Winery, get coffee at Harvard General Store, go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Wood-fired backyard sauna available by request with $20 firing fee *Well-behaved dogs (non-destructive, house-broken) welcome!
