Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Chris’ place! Very homey feel, close to the things we enjoyed. Felt safe and secure with having our motorcycle with us. This will be my go to from now on! Chris was very quick with his responses to my questions and concerns! Thank you so much for a great and enjoyable stay!!!

The house is located in a quiet area right in front of the ocean, making it a great place to spend time with family. Plus, shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants are just a five-minute drive away, which makes everything incredibly convenient.

Had a wonderful time. The condo was really clean. Got to see the sunrise because the condo is in walking distance to the beach. The kids loved it. I was actually able to relax on this trip.

I wish we could give 100 stars for this stay!! The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had a blast enjoying the amenities in the community and Susan and Todd could not have been more helpful in getting us set up. The communication was prompt every time. We had a truly magical week enjoying the pools and making the quick trip to Bethany Beach for the restaurants and beach days. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay here again!!

Great location, views and price. Very spacious and loved staying here. Johns place had all the amenities and perfect for our stay. I was extremely pleased and would stay again in the future.

This house is tucked away for a peaceful and beautiful stay, but also close enough to all of the OC activities. We LOVED our stay and will definitely book here in the future!

This place was BEAUTIFUL! Everyone in the group couldn’t get over house nice the place is! From the secure elevator- to the entrance -everything was superb! There was enough space for everyone (8). The small things REALLY stood out- the kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need including pods and a NEW Sponge!!!! Juice presser, air fryer, rolling pin you name it. Everything you needed was there. The location is THE BEST! You can walk anywhere! We will definitely stay again - it’s in our favorites!!!! Recommend 10/10!!! And we are a hard group to please. LOL

Great place to stay to get away with family... Host is excellent great people, clear instructions. Jessica is helpful in every aspect of our vacation from restaurants to go to. places to go with kids everything.. highly recommend for everyone!!! PLEASE FOR THOSE THAT ARE GONNA RENT THIS PLACE OR ANY PLACE, CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE SETTLING IN... I MADE A MISTAKE OF NOT BEING CAREFUL AND DURING THE END OF THE STAY FOUND DAMAGE AND HAD TO PAY $700.00 SO PLEASE TO EVEBRYONE BECAREFUL...
