The annex comprises on suite double bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen with log burner for cosy winter nights in (logs provided) Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker/hob plus microwave. One Small well behaved dog allowed, not to be left unattended .

A beautifully designed and curated, cosy cabin located in a magical ancient woodland setting. Completely renovated for 2024, an ideal retreat for a couple looking for a magical holiday surrounded by nature. There are only two cabins on the site, each with private parking, secure gardens and private entrance. The cabin is not isolated as just off from the main road. This allows you to feel cocooned in The Woodlands yet have easy access to a Tescos superstore 5 minutes up the road.

We offer 2 bedrooms with beautiful sea and country views. We can accommodate an extra 2 people at an additional £10 per head.There is a small kitchen and a large balcony to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Our guests have a private bathroom. The facilities are for the sole use of our guests, but they do share the same front door as my family. We can supply a sofa bed in either room. The rooms are also available separately. Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!

The Retreat

The Retreat is tucked away in a quiet spot of Wootton and offers guests to enjoy a space surrounded by nature but still being very close to benefits including idyllic walks, including the nearby coast and local creek for kayaking/fishing etc. Also walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, a spa and more.
