An open plan space with either 2 singles or a king size bed, sofa, TV, Wifi, dining facilities and a private shower room. Suitable for a small child / infant too, but you could need to bring your own sleeping paraphernalia. Small patio and outside seating, off road parking for 1 car.

We are just a 20 minute drive from the quaint market town of Bury St Edmunds and also within easy reach of Newmarket, Cambridge and Norwich. Guests can be confident that on arrival the accommodation will be sparkling clean and surfaces disinfected.

We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.
