We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Beautiful cottage. Was perfect for us and the dogs. Fully enclosed fenced garden with a gate down to a quiet riverside walk. The hottub was huge and warm ready for our arrival. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen. We only stayed for 1 night so cannot comment on the local area as we did not do much exploring but we noticed a spar walking distance just down the road and a few cafes.

Great location, around the corner from the Metro. Exceeded expectation as haven't used air BnB before. Hosts were helpful. A lovely place, highly recomend!

You cannot get a better spot than this if you are a tourist in Edinburgh. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen and sauna brand new. Highly recommended.

Great hosts, offering a pristine, fully equipped cottage in a great location. We’ll certainly look to use it of free on our next trip if it’s available, which will hopefully be soon. Parking is right outside the property but a little tight for access. Not a problem for us and neighbours were considerate and helpful, but anyone who’s not keen on reversing might get stressed. That said, there’s loads of free parking available nearby on the street and we’d be happy to use this tbh. It’s not a long walk, c20yds or so. I was daft enough to leave something behind and Georgie was very quick to let me know she’ll get it in the post to me. Very pleasant and helpful hosts. We loved it. Thx Chris and Georgie

We spent a wonderful week in Mill Barn. Lots of small touches like flowers on arrival, brownies, milk in the fridge and the fire set up made the place really welcoming and inviting. Nice walk to the local pub but be prepared for the hill back up. Overall would highly recommend.

Our stay at Sandysike was lovely, it was everything we hoped for and more. The instructions to find the property were clear and we were met with no problems. Both Sharon and her husband are lovely. I had some car problems and they went above and beyond to help and were super accommodating. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, clean and welcoming stay. Thank you both for everything!

A beautiful place to stay, the cottage was so clean with everything we could possibly need. The hosts were helpful with great communication and even took the time to come and check we had settled in ok. We will definitely be back!

We visited the cottage for a long weekend as we love the Borders. From first communication with Lowry I knew we would not be disappointed. The cottage was so lovely, peaceful and beautifully furnished. It was not like a holiday cottage at all it was definitely like a home. The garden was amazing and our dogs absolutely loved it. The welcome pack was extremely generous and thoughtful and along with other luxurious touches like bathrobes it did make the visit one that stood out. The pub across the road was really nice and it was a pleasant surprise just how lovely it was when we walked in. My partner said several times he could live in the cottage and wondered if they would sell it to us! We would love to return. Thank you x

Outstanding cottage, would love to come back soon! The photos don’t do it justice! It’s even better when you’re there. Spotlessly clean, beautiful kitchen/dining room and comfortable bed. The views from the back garden were fab! I can’t recommend this enough, would have happily stayed there longer and will definitely return. It was a lovely gesture that Kate even baked for us!! We loved this place, it was perfect for our six year olds, they loved the garden, the spacious rooms and it was a great location to base ourselves while we explored to NE - we will be back xx

Lovely stay at seashell cottage. Large property , Clean and tidy . Thank-you to Jen for putting up the Xmas tree and making the house look so festive . Also thank you for all the extra goodies that were left. They were unexpected but a lovely surprise. The house is situated within walking distance to the beach, the Marina and the town . Had a wonderful meal in the Harbour inn which is just down the road from the house. Plenty of unrestricted parking also on the street . Across from the house is a field which is a great bonus for the dogs. The field runs down to the dunes and onto the beach . All in all a good place to stay and ideally situated for exploring other areas in Northumberland.

What an incredible house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house is so well equipped and so clean. Lots of cereals, cookies, tea and coffee to make our stay even more perfect. The backyard was a bonus with the children. Great location too for public transportation, very easy to go anywhere. Ronnie was so responsive and so accommodating. Many thanks!

What can I say... Absolutely fantastic place. You couldn't ask for anything more. Really peaceful location with fantastic views of the hills etc. We had a strange issue but this was sorted out very swiftly by Malcolm 👍 We will definitely be looking to book again and have another peaceful time just watching the world go by. Wow…. This place was something else! Absolutely spotlessly clean, there was everything you could need for your stay and Ali has thought of everything for her guests. The area is utterly stunning for views, total peace and quiet and easily accessible to all the places you would want to visit. If I could give this cottage a 6/5 I would. Amazing! How was your host Nathalie is an attentive host, phone call on arrival as we’d got a little lost! Explained all facilities and gave us tips for days out & eating out recommendations. Perfect host. How clean was lodge Despite the smell of dog when we first entered the lodge, once we got inside & unpacked everything was clean & tidy. Plenty of cleaning products should we have needed them (we had brought our own just in case) Both bathrooms were clean smelt fresh. Facilities WiFi was a lovely addition, perfect for me to play on social media uploading my photos from each day. Lovely furniture with plenty of space to relax inside & on the deck. View of lake was stunning. Everything you need in kitchen & throughout the lodge from books, games, video games. Everything has been thought of. Thankfully the gas bottle held out. I did find this part a bit stressful. Understandably, Nathalie is concerned at the cost of gas bottles & fair usage of it. Perfect stay! We have loved it. Thank you

This is a lovely place to stay, in a quiet part of the countryside. Shared amenities, including games room, gym and pool, are excellent. The cottage itself is spacious and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed for our holiday.

Fabulous little cottage. It's in a great area for nearby attractions. The Cottage itself is so pretty and contains everything you'd need. The games room, the pool and the chickens are an added bonus. We had a lovely stay.

Just as advertised: such a great cosy space in fact that our “anti-AirBnB” 7-year-old decided she loved it and felt right at home. The place has all you need and is an 8-minute walk from great food, coffee, and more in charming Bellingham. We’ll be back for sure!

We had an amazing stay at the Orchard hideaway - it is in beautiful, rural and peaceful surroundings, and is exactly like the photos. It is private, warm and very clean, the hot tub is great and well maintained, and the host has thought of everything to make it a comfortable relaxing stay. We would love to come back and 100% recommend!

Amazing house, wonderful host and excellent location. What a great weekend

Karan was extremely responsive, great communication. Place was worth every penny compared to other hires in the park. Only issue we had was that the caravan had a horrible stench when we got there, most likely something the previous people cooked as the place didn’t have an extractor fan on the hob. We messaged Karan and he sent someone over to refill the air freshener but the odour over powered so took more than a day to die out. Other than that we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to others.

Dainne’s place was one of my best experiences in the Scotland UK. It was my first time staying in a caravan home. Very nice and quiet place. I stayed for one night but wish to stay longer next time. Good price, clean and organized. The host was very responsive. Thank you!
