Sweet apartment near downtown Woodstock

A newly renovated sweet apartment. This is located on the first floor of our house with a completely separate unit and entrance. We do live upstairs. There are granite countertops and the kitchen is equipped for guests to create special meals during their stay. New floors are accenting this warm space. There is one queen bed in a separate bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. You will probably hear noise from upstairs. The furnace and water pump are in the bathroom and can be noisy.

We have been vaccinated , boosted, would like to remain contact-free when possible. We are available if you have questions.

This is a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment with a queen-size bed. It is convenient to mountains, lakes, and more. A great place for a trip skiing, hiking, biking, or kayaking . . Check out our guidebook for many fun places to see and places to enjoy. The apartment has a small kitchen. It has almost anything you would need. Curtis and I live in the yellow house across the driveway and welcome any requests you might have. We are located on a country road that is quiet and enjoyable.

This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom.
