Brenna's place was amazing. Perfect for my short stay. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this one had the most thoughtful touches. Clear instruction on everything, lots of attention to all the little details that made our stay easy peasy. My daughter stayed with me one night and thought it equally special. I had to babysit my 9 month old gbaby one day and there was everything that I could need to do so. I am a very light sleeper and this was the first place I've stayed with black out curtains. The bed was so comfy and I got to sleep in because of the curtains. A true gift for me when I'm away from home. Just a real gem. I'm sure I will be back when I visit my daughter from now on. Thanks for making it a great experience!

great home with a kitchen that was well stocked with everything needed to cook like I was in my own hime. Mike was very helpful, when the grill was out of propane, he was over immediately with a new tank. side note: there was already a new tank behind the grill, but I was blind. either way, everything was smooth, clean, and as expected, amazing home for the price for sure!

The Retro Rancher was the perfect place to stay for a quick work getaway. The shaded back yard was the best part. I really liked how nice the whole place was and how easy it eas to get to. Tanya was very communicative and quick to respond.

This was a great spot for us (a group attending a local conference). The house is lovely, the back yard is huge, and it was easy to find/in a good central location. While we didn’t utilize it, this place would be a dream for families with little ones. There were toys, a crib, fun bunk beds, and enclosed outdoor space. Thanks for hosting us!

Amazing location. Took our 3 pups on vacation with us and house was perfect size and tons to do around. Will definitely be booking this location next year when we are back

We had a lovely stay at Catherine's house, there is lots of space and has everything you need! She was a responsive and helpful host, and we would definitely stay here again. Our teens loved the foos ball table and comfy basement, and the kitchen is updated, clean, and has all the supplies needed for cooking. The house is also easy walking distance to Old Colorado City and several great shops and restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED Susan’s place! This was the best spot for my husband and I to stay with our dogs for our visit back home to CO. It was quiet, comfortable and the yard was beautiful for the dogs. The whole house makes you feel right at home, and she had so many great details making it the ultimate pet friendly place. We will absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Me and my family enjoyed our short stay in Tim’s place. It is really a cozy home, very clean styled with a great taste which caught my attention. My mom & 2 daughters liked it so much. The location is also a plus factor, safe & quiet. All positive comments about our stay! Highly recommend!

Excellent entertainment included with the convertible pool, air hockey and pool table. Cozy beds and couch. Highlight was the perfect water pressure and distribution of water from the shower, although a little tight for space. Overall, great place to stay!

Oh my gosh! I’ve visited CO before, due to my past military experience and my brother recently serving in CS. When I say, nothing has ever felt more homey than this space! It made me feel like I had finally landed my dream job and bought a small house off the mountains. Really responsive, would recommend to anyone, I’ll be booking next time I’m CS again.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. Beautiful scenery, amazing fishing, & wonderful host’s! Highly recommend for any fly fishermen.

We loved our time here! It actually snowed and we could not have asked for a more peaceful and quiet place to watch the snow fall. The view is spectacular and the space is well organized and so clean. Highly recommend staying here! Neighborhood was great!

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

The mountain views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures! The place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Beautiful place. Bathrooms were well kept and clean. Amenities were awesome and the fireplace was the perfect touch. Worth every penny. Interaction was professional and very polite. My new place to stay when I visit the Springs.

The place was just as described and just perfect for visiting my grandsons in town. The master bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled so clean and fresh. There’s a park right behind the place and a grocery store beside it. It had all the amenities I needed to wash clothes and dishes and shower. It had trash bags and I loved the gas stove. If I had to come up with a complaint it would be that there is no water pressure for the master shower but I just chose to bathe instead of shower. Also it would be nice if there was a pizza pan for the oven. Oh and it took me a while to notice the oven was measuring in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. But I will definitely stay again if it is available next time I am in town.

We all enjoyed our stay here so much. Less than 15 minutes to several places including Manitou Springs and the Cog Railway that took us to the top of Pikes Peak. Easy access to I-25. All the bedrooms were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet and we all slept well. The appliances were good quality and we even enjoyed the gas BBQ outside! Austin was a gracious host! I highly recommend this place as it was also an excellent value for our family.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

We loved our stay! The condo is so cute, and super efficiently laid out and organized. We had a girls’ trip to Co Springs to visit Pike’s Peak Cog Railway, Garden of the Gods, and Old Colorado City. It was perfectly located for all 3. It was safe, clean, and just great! Thank you, Zoey!
