It is conveniently located 1.5 mi. from downtown Marshall and the French Broad River with it's cafes, restaurants, live music, shops, art galleries, walk trails and breweries. It is a short drive of 8 mi. to Mars Hill, 17 mi. to Hot Springs and 19 mi. to Asheville.
