Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

Enjoy a short drive to the Mineola Nature Preserve with paved walking trails, playground and covered pavilion. We are close to several beautiful lakes, historic downtown Mineola and Lindale (home of Miranda Lambert) or just stay home and enjoy front porch sitting to appreciate the stars and trees. We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. Continental breakfast available upon request (for additional fee).

Winnsboro, home of the famous "Autumn Trails". The back patio overlooks a valley pasture with beautiful sunsets and large oak trees. We call our ranch a little piece of heaven. The property is secluded. Walk down the long driveway to the oak tree with a swing. View the cattle from the fences.

Relax and enjoy country living with fresh air, pasture and pond view, and beautiful starry nights. Live amongst free range chickens (fresh eggs!), a stocked pond and cows. Relax on the back patio with a ceiling fan and a view of the pond. Kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, hot plate, crock pot and coffee pot as well as a refrigerator. Queen size bed sleeps two.
