Home Farm Cabin is a comfortable retreat that has been constructed from timber milled on the property. There are sweeping valley views of native bushland. It is situated on a small farm with cattle and sheep. Guests enjoy sightings of kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras & native birds. Local activities include trout fishing, hiking, kayaking, mushrooming, truffle hunts, Waldara weddings, sightseeing in the Blue Mountains, Jenolan Caves, Kanangra Walls and Mayfield Garden. Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. We are 10 minutes walk from the main street in Leura and only 5 mins from Mt Hay road which connects you to scores of bush walks including the trail to Lockleys Pylon and the Shortridge Pass to the Blue Gum walking track.
