The cottage boasts rustic woodwork throughout, original features, vintage furniture, two beautiful gardens and almost direct access to the most spectacular coast path which leads down to a secluded beach. There are spectacular views up and down the coast from the picture window upstairs and beautiful walks minutes from the front door. With the living area being upstairs you have a magical tree top sea view from every window.

There is off road parking in front of the annex we are perfectly situated as a base to explore many attractions eg beaches, coastal countryside of Pembrokeshire and there are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as many more attractions it has to offer . It is located on a working farm with stunning views and access to 70 acres of private woodland as well as many footpaths and a village pub 5 minute walk away. The coastal towns of Fishguard and Newport are within 5 miles of the village. The cottage itself has one bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room and a bathroom. It has underfloor heating throughout and a log burner in the sitting room.

Snoozy Bear is a truly unique light, warm and cosy bolthole sitting at the top of the National Trust’s Abermawr woods, it is a beautiful 15 minute walk to the stunning secluded beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach and the famous Melin Tregwynt wooden mill. A quirky converted artists studio, the Cabin has an amazing view through the Beech tree canopy across the valley.- One couple commented that they felt they were in a tree house! Light up the vintage Jotul wood burner and snuggle down!
