Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

This was the 2nd time we stayed. Gary was extremely helpful and responsive to us…figuring out the guest passes and golf reservations, questions about the house, etc. He is a perfect host!

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for my family, Not only was Natalie incredibly accommodating but we were amazed at her instant communication. Every single thing you need for your vacation she already has waiting for you there. Don’t miss out on this place. 10/10 recommend

Tetyana’s place was very clean, welcoming, and felt like home away from home. It was conveniently located near Disney and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The master bath was a great way to unwind and relax after walking over 10,000 steps at the Disney parks. We LOVED the jacuzzi/pool combo and how secluded it was. Very quiet neighborhood, responsive host, and easy check-in. We’ll be back. :)

This was a lovely stay I had NO ISSUES what so ever and the host was very welcoming and friendly I’d definitely recommend this stay for anyone

Calvin’s place was a wonderful find! The best part was the bird island in the lake behind the house - we really enjoyed listening to the birds and watching them nest and fish. The beds were comfortable, garage parking was easy, and the location was excellent. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved it (it was too chilly for the grownups). Check in was super easy and when we ran into a snag with a broken coffee maker, a new one was delivered right away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

Captain’s place suited our needs. The location worked well with easy access to shops, and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture. A heads up that Captain does not provide any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets are nice, 100% cotton, towels are good quality and plentiful. The kitchen is moderately well stocked for preparing meals. The air conditioner worked well. The outdoor spaces are sparsely furnished and not particularly welcoming. There are two large food trucks parked adjacent to the back yard and there was one chair on the deck outside the master bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was our first trip to Florida for a month. The place was everything it said and more. From the beautiful home, beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and soaker tub I felt like I was at a spa. The backyard was so private. We had bikes to use and we did take advantage. We rode our bikes to the main square several times. Jennifer was very pleasant and friendly. She responded to my questions/ comments in a very efficient manner. I would recommend the place. Give a 5 star+++

My family and I have stayed on the river several times and this was by far our favorite spot. Great space, inside and out. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be back soon!

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

Our stay was wonderful. The heated pool was a great added bonus and we loved that their was not an upcharge for the heated pool for our stay. That was surely a deciding factor when choosing our home away from home for the week. The location and neighborhood was ideal and close to many great attractions and places to visit. The home was clean and up to date with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were hoping to have for our use such as baking dishes. For example, 9x13 pan, muffin pan, and baking sheet. I would recommend adding those to the home. The amenities were great and the host was very easy to work with and communicate with. We would book this home again.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

We used this location for a weekend family get together. It was very convenient to local locations. The space was perfect size & very clean. Lori was extremely helpful in all aspects. We had a little ant issue, but Lori & homeowners were helpful in getting it resolved. Even with it being a holiday weekend, the river was beautiful & not too busy. We love to include our dogs in our trips too & thankfully this location allows you to do that. Definitely recommend staying at this home!!

We definitely recommend staying here!It's a beautiful apartment in what seems like a nice neighborhood. We were there for 5 days and the neighbors were quiet and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. The swimming pool was fantastic, great yard for the kids to play in, pool table was fun to have.

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! We frequently stay in this area and this house has taken the top spot. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in the door. Every little detail was thought of!

Walk in the door of the main house and first thing is “wow.” Spaciousness and high ceilings and the view all the way through to the back windows of the golf course was impressive. Neighborhood very walkable and safe Little traffic within the complex for kids. Nice to have easy driveway parking right out front for unloading. Plenty of space to fit my people. Nicely decorated and not full of a bunch of bling on end tables and shelves that the kids would run into and break. I was not just clean but had a sense of clean, design-wise, with the modern but comfy furniture, giant kitchen island, table surfaces… all that and, again, the spaciousness gives you the ability to breathe! But it still had a homey feel – way better than a hotel setting where we would have all been on top of each other. The cute coffee station was a really nice touch with everything you needed right there in one spot off the kitchen. Because the house is set back on the property it was like a real get-away, and with the guest house, my parents were able to have their privacy and we could have ours – when we needed it. The guest house is exactly what they needed. Separated from main house it is perfect for the grandparents to spend alone time with the kids for a while. But it’s also like a real house by itself! Very open and comfortable – and a great view of the action in the pool and courtyard. Pool is just big enough to enjoy and with the protective fence, you don’t really have to worry about the kids running around in the yard – that was also a nice touch. And even though there’s a Wa Wa right outside the complex gate, for quick lunches and coffee – and gas – we discovered an area ChampionsGate, a suburban community with all the restaurants and shops and places to do errands. About a 5-10 minute drive. Lastly, I really liked the big walk-in shower, and my partner absolutely loved the big tub – all that in the en suite bathroom off the master bedroom. It was out of the way and private –  like our own a retreat spot.

This is a great place to stay - we hope we will be able to stay here again next year. Everything is very clean and the house is very well stocked. Everything is clearly marked & Marc is extremely easy to work with. The house is in a great location - easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor complaint I would have is with the sectional in the living room is well used and not as comfortable as the new furniture in the lanai. We would have used the lanai, but it was too cold while we were there. Of course Marc can't control the weather - if he could have I am sure he would have as everything else was perfect!!

Edney was an amazing host! His communication was quick and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was breathtaking – extremely clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. It far exceeded our expectations!
