We had a great stay at the icehouse! Definitely a more historic unit but matched the descriptions and was perfect for our quick weekend getaway! Also a quick walk to everything downtown and the lake is right across the street. As long as you are not looking for something modern or fancy, this place is perfect!

Steve and Elaine were welcoming, generous, and flexible hosts. Their home is lovely and the top floor loft rental was perfect for myself, my husband, and my youngest young adult daughter. The local is wonderful as well. Thanks Steve!

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as enjoyable the second time as it was the first! I will definitely be back again in the future! The place is clean, welcoming, relaxing, and overall a very enjoyable experience!

Great location, tranquil and peaceful. Our stay in La Crosse wasn't long enough to do everything available to us at the property and thats ok, thats on us. We really look forward to visiting again. Their home had everything you need to make our stay very comfortable.

Joen and her husband were spectacular hosts! Stayed with my husband and 2 young children while I had a nearby work conference. The place was just as listed with all amenities we needed. The pool was great for the kids while I was away during the day. Plenty of space for the 4 of us to live for 3 days!

Beautiful area, convenient to many place and downtown. Very clean and host were very responsive with questions. Very nice amenities. With very detailed instructions. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Madison again.

Sowohl die Gäste-Suite als auch der sehr schöne Garten auf gleichem Niveau sorgten für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, währenddessen uns wirklich nichts fehlte. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähren Umgebungen deckten alles ab. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und wir haben uns auch sehr gut mit ihr unterhalten. Top-Adresse für 4 Personen, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Everything went well. The apartment is part of a larger house. We had neighbors during our stay. There is a shared fire pit, but a private deck leading to the apartment. The house is right next to the ferry and bike/moped rentals, so very convenient. The space just has a small kitchenette with a fridge and toaster oven, so you can't really cook. Be aware of this during non-prime season because a lot of restaurants are closing for the season. All was clean and tidy. The water is from a well, so the smell of sulfur was pretty strong after a shower. We had a nice time.

What a truly unique experience! It's not every day you get to stay on a farm with 25 horses. Katherine was incredibly welcoming and kind, taking the time to show me around and share stories about the farm. I also loved the peaceful nature walk through the forest. My dog had an amazing time as well, she was so happy to be there. An unforgettable experience all around!

Peaceful, clean, well-supplied and as a bonus, the animals on property are the cutest! The donkey was so happy seeing us and our two small dogs that he got the zoomies and showed off for us. You have plenty of places to sit comfortably inside and out. A full bathroom with washer and dryer if needed is nice. Lots of books, dvd’s and games are there in case you’d like to use them. We brought our small motorcycles and drove all over the local paved backroads. This was the perfect location for us, too. It’s only about a five-minute drive to the Mississippi River.

Staying at Dustin's place was great! Very relaxing with plenty of room for the two of us. We loved having laundry right there and being close to great places like the State Park.

We enjoyed our stay here. Suzette is a great host. Coffee shop below is very cute and great scones! It’s old and historic so that adds to the beauty of the building. The small town has great shopping! Will for sure return.

This was a cozy home and a great stay! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal, John provided coffee and snacks, and the registration book is a very cute touch. Would stay there again!

We had an amazing time here this last weekend! I have always stayed with the wilderness but this was a more affordable option to still get what we wanted. I would 100% book with Resort again in the future for other girls trips or couples trips!

We stayed for four nights and absolutely loved the Canopy! it is beautifully maintained - clean, tidy, bright, and with lovely views of the surrounding community right from the windows. In fact, the view is even better than the pictures! Every detail reflects the host's thoughtfulness - conveniently placed sockets and wireless chargers by the bed, ample lighting, motion-sensor night lights, a generous supply of everything you might need (even things you didn't think of!) ... It's an incredibly safe and family - friendly place to stay. The guidebook was very helpful, and frozen custard is really great! This stay exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!
