Connect with nature in the Driftless Area of SW Wisconsin, drive to one of the attractions from this central location including the House on the Rock, Taliesin, Devil’s Lake Park, and more. Bring your canine companion as well, there is acreage to roam.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. If it's for a weekend getaway, or for the business professional that's needing a long term stay, this is a perfect fit for all. This property is unique for there is only a few like it in Appleton. It's located behind the main house which I reside, but don't let it fool you. It is a quite, private place, with lots of character. When walking in, you get that cozy cottage feel that will make you feel right at home.

Our cozy cabin in the Driftless Region near Wisconsin Dells offers a peaceful nature escape. Accented with stained glass, it features a lofted reading nook, vintage books, DVDs, puzzles, and quirky décor. Relax in hammock chairs overlooking a wooded ravine where wildlife often wander by. A stone-stepped trail leads down to a private boat dock with swimming, SUPs, kayaks, and a canoe. Enjoy the Zen garden loop, wildflowers, and games, indoors or out. A perfect spot to unwind and explore.

Driftless Bluff Glamping Cabin, Peaceful, Secluded

Rustic forest glamping in a heavy duty waterproof fabric shelter, 14 x 20ft. with a 5ft. awning. The perfect get away from it all, relax and enjoy nature. Flashlights, solar lights, propane 2-burner stove, and fire pit with grate. Kitchen set up with dishes, silverware, fully stocked coffee bar, filter water pitcher, shower bucket and most everything else. Compost toilet and foot pump sink. Small wood stove for when it's cold and a fan for when it's hot with battery to charge extras.

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.

The River Shack

Available year round. Perfect for a family get away or for hunters and fishermen. Full kitchen, 2 tables set up for eating. Large carport for parking under or sitting under if it is raining, you don't have to be trapped inside. Enclosed porch that looks out over the Great Mississippi River. Every sunset is beautiful!! Seating outside, firepit (bring your own firewood), swingset and sandbox for little ones. Also has your very own bar & TV. FYI. Property is by the rail road tracks.

This cabin is situated on 40 acres of land with easy access to the Lake Eleven Segment of the Ice Age Trail and the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. Enjoy the view as the cabin overlooks the Lodge’s own private 7-acre lake. Head down the road to explore ATV and snowmobiling trails. This cabin is perfect for couples, hikers, groups, large families and extended stays.
