The fenced back yard has a sitting area to have coffee and get ready for your morning or have a cold beverage after a day of exploring. Access to major highways nearby make it easy for you to go on your adventures. Only five minutes to downtown and the famous UGA Arch.

Walk to the bars and restaurants of Normaltown, stroll down historic Boulevard, and enjoy the peace and quiet of an in-town neighborhood just 2 miles from downtown Athens and UGA's North Campus, including Sanford Stadium. The studio is on top of our newly built garage and features all-new furniture and linens, some vintage pieces, and work from local artists and photographers. The space is ideal for two adults.
