Lakefront Cottage on Tracy Pond

Lakefront cottage on 47 acre Tracy pond. The pond has no public access so it is quiet with only my home and another Air BnB on site. You share the backyard with my home. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

This happy home has all you need for a perfect Maine vacation or remote work escape. Relax in the garden, hang out on the deck, soak in the clawfoot tub, enjoy the fast wifi – or walk or drive over to Belfast center - it's close! This coastal town is truly a gem, but if you’d like to explore further afield, it’s also an excellent base for day trips to Camden (30 minutes) or Acadia National Park (1.25 hours.) With central access to Acadia National Park and all your coastal adventures, the Woodlands is a perfect destination for a peaceful getaway in the heart of Downeast Maine.

Cape house in Hampden

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Short drive to concerts, shopping, hospitals, skiing, the coast- you name it! It's all just a short drive away. This adorable cape sits on one acre of beautiful land, complete with fruit trees and gorgeous flowers. The house, built in 1910, has the character of an old house, but was recently lovingly restored. The original wide pine floors can still be found in the two bedrooms on the second floor.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Our open concept 2 bedroom home nestled in the woods has the charm of a cottage but the comforts of home. Get away from it all while being only 25 min from Bangor, under an hour from Belfast & Camden, and 45 min to an hour from Acadia & Bar Harbor!
