I implore everyone to actually read the listing so the Chad and Karen lying dormant in them does not come out. If you’re looking for a spot that is clean, private and quiet, this would be a place to book. When I arrived, everything was cleaned and set up bare bones; allowing the guest to do whatever they please so long when they leave, it’s back in the same clean condition. The home is free of pests, everything works, and it works perfectly for me as I set up my mobile recording studio and got to work. It should also be noted that if you wish for a place providing complete privacy, where nobody’s going to bother you; this is the place that you would want to book. There were no problems with parking and delivery workers had zero issues locating the unit to drop off food. I noticed after reading reviews that a lot of people who booked this listing either don’t know how to read, or are incredibly stupid, or both. Chrystal thank you for providing what you listed! I’ll definitely be back.

We are King natives that moved out of state a few years ago. We came back for a family wedding. Place is exactly as described, nothing more, nothing less. Plenty of towels/ washcloths, cookware, dishes. The area is great, close to all the restaurants in town, quiet neighborhood, and close to the best park with a huge playground and great walking path. Host was quick to respond to all communication.

Don was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed, which made us feel truly welcome. The place itself was cozy, clean, and had a warm, homey vibe—perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting High Point.

Very responsive host. Made the space available a little earlier for us since we were arriving sooner than expected. Provided amenities for use while there. (even some snacks). Newer dishes and cookware. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Mattress was comfortable. Wishes: - That the bathroom had more counter space or shelving. But lots of opportunity for storage in linen closets. - A bigger garbage can in the kitchen, and maybe a few more utensils. - A shower caddy to place bath products. - Room darkening shades in the 2nd bedroom.

Mike’s house came in clutch in a last-minute emergency situation when we were in town to visit family. Thanks for the flexibility with check-in and we will keep you in mind for any future visits as we have family in the area.

Nayeka was very accommodating. Check-in was flexible and she provided very helpful directions for check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend staying at any one of her locations!

This is a really nice place to stay, the host is amazing and take good care of the house and anything you need. Staying there in Ronnie and Renilda house was a good experience i wont forget.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's townhouse. It was very clean with what I'd call modern transitional decor. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The townhouse backs up to a forest type area. It was lush and green. Very tranquil. My son is considering coming to A&T in a couple of years. If he does, this will always be our first pick when we visit.

This was our second stay here and just like the first time everything was wonderful. Clean home, the hosts are very friendly and responsive, great accommodations, close to restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back again! 5 out of 5 stars!!

I stayed here for the HighPoint Market and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The space was impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The host clearly pay great attention to detail, as the condo was not only spotless but also well-organized and inviting. One of the standout features of this condo was the beautiful artwork adorning the walls. Each piece added a touch of sophistication and warmth to the space, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. This Airbnb offered everything my home would offer, comfort and safety. He offered so many amenities inside the home it was so easy to stay for a few months. He was always responsive and if I encountered any issues he provided a solution fast and effectively. He mad sure my family and I had everything we needed and even provided plenty of suggestions on fun things to do in the area. The location was perfect and very easy drive for our commute to a work meeting being held at Bur-Mil Clubhouse. Diane was very responsive and helpful as I had questions prior to our stay and she was very helpful (was my first time to the area and at her Airbnb). Anytime we have future meetings in the area definitely will plan to stay here again when in town.

Andrea was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I, and to make us feel welcome. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were quite tired after traveling into the wee hours of the morning so it was refreshing to have clear and easy instructions to gain access and finally get into an amazing bed. It is clear the Andrea and John have put a lot of care and attention into ensuring guest will have a fantastic experience. I highly recommend a stay here and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Ken’s place was hands down one of the best places I have stayed with AirBnB. Nice community, close to where I needed to be. Parking was super easy. The home actually is much larger than I thought and in a good way! The photos don’t do the place justice. Would easily return if back in the Greensboro area! This would be my number one choice!

This was one of the nicest Air bnb's we ever stayed in. It was spotless. The amenities were covered for everything you could need and then some while there...dental floss, emergency box with flashlights, clothes lint roller, every kitchen gadget, games/puzzles/DVDs and the list goes on. The furniture was comfortable. The light switches were all labeled The landscaping and flowers were inviting and beautiful to see when you pulled in. The snack basket and bedside chocolates were a nice touch too. There are so many local restaurants and the area was easy to navigate. We would definitely stay here again.
