The location was convenient and great for exploring the downtown area. The apartment was nicely laid out with everything we needed. It was a great location for bringing a dog as there was a dog park and many places to walk. The only negatives were that the garage was open the entire time we stayed there, allowing anyone to get into the building. There were many people walking through the complex all hours of the night. The bed was harder than we expected but the extra comforter helped. The provided shampoo and conditioner was really only enough for one person to use for one shower. Otherwise we loved the location and convenience, the cleanliness, the security system was a nice feature, and the kitchen was roomy for cooking. There was a good selection of coffee provided which was great! Parking was close-by and ample. The host was a great communicator throughout the time that we stayed and answered any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

David is an amazing host. He won’t bug you at all and gave clear instructions for check-in. It was my first time using this app instead of a hotel and he made it very easy and a lot less stressful. The house was really nice, in a very quiet neighborhood, and had a fenced in backyard for my dog. The house was in the perfect spot for where we needed to be. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I would be aware of is the driveway. It’s pretty steep but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker. If you have a low riding vehicle or need to do break maintenance (like I need to do), you probably won’t be able to park in the driveway.

Missy is a quick responder. Her place fit my family perfectly. Her place was well stocked. She thought of every detail. Beds and sofa was very comfortable. Location is close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.

We've stayed here for the furniture market twice and have loved it both times. The hosts are responsive and thoughtful, and the surroundings are a welcome reprieve from the chaos of a large trade show. Can't beat the at-home gym and spacious kitchen! Definitely would like to come back.

Mary was the best!!!!! She went above and beyond in every area! She even let me go "shopping" in her overflow closet in apartment. (Side note: she has impeccable taste in clothing)! I will definitely be going back there!

Perfect place to stay. We felt right at home in this warm, Spanish motif, lower unit dwelling. Washer, dryer, gym, plenty of towels, amenities, bathroom supplies, everything you can think of. Private parking space in the drive way. Gorgeous, outside, covered patio and well landscaped garden area. Loved it. The host was reponsive and proactive.

We stayed at Ryan’s beautiful home for my son’s engagement. It was so fun to be able to have everyone together to celebrate under one roof. Plenty of space to spread out, hang out and just enjoy. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.

We stayed here during our High Point market trip and it was perfect. Great neighborhood, felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again.
