It's within walking distance of Southwestern College, The Kansas Veterans Home, and Cumbernauld Village. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with some great opportunities to see wildlife like deer and turkeys while taking short walks close by. There is a garden and a screened in porch. The screen porch has a very nice queen futon, and has a great view of the garden.
