Nicole was quick to answer any questions that I had. Also let me know about things like an extra key. Had problems with the furnace, but they had someone over within the hour to look at it. Good host, will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful Airbnb. Extremely clean and cozy. A very comfortable bed too. Internet works great, the kitchen is perfect for cooking with all that is provided, and the washer and dryer inside is such a help for washing clothes! The whole complex is fairly new, parking is close and convenient, and you cannot beat the location. It is mere steps from all the shops and restaurants of Delano, and if you love walks along the riverfront, that is only a 5 minute walk away! I’d absolutely stay here again when in Wichita!

We had a great stay, loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. The park and river front trails were great for morning walks. the house is very roomy, particularly the living room, dining room and kitchen. We would stay again.

This property is a nice clean place to stay. 2 nice sized bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room. Heating system worked great. Everything was clean and worked great. We would recommend this to a friend and we would stay again.

Hosts were very responsive when we needed them, which was much appreciated. The house was clean and fit our needs well - much better deal than the hotel we looked at!

Mike's Maple was wonderfully welcoming! We have stayed many times in Wichita at different locations in AIRBNB's, but this was our first in Delano District and we loved it. The Maple was decorated beautifully with the high quality furnishings. The beds were very comfortable but what got the greatest reviews by all my party were the towels and the rug as you stepped out of the tub/shower! Thanks, Mike! We hope the Maple will have an open weekend next time we book.

These two are the best Hosts! Always making sure you have everything you need or want. Willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations. This place is close to EVERYTHING! The skate park is located directly behind the house. It's great for the kids to let off their energy! It's also close to Warren Riverview Park. Our boys took the opportunity to go fishing and exploring at the river during our stay. The house is on the BEST worm bed ever! Even though it's close to everything in town, it's also VERY Private as well. We just LOVED spending time in the backyard. We were even able to have a few family members over for the Easter Holiday and it was so wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at this location, especially for extended stays. We really enjoy our time at Amanda's Place! Looking forward to our next stay!

We rented this Airbnb due to the close proximity to the Park City arena for state wrestling. Everything was as described. Cute little house in a nice area. Location was far enough away to avoid crazy traffic yet close enough to go out and about as we chose. Thank you!
