Frank and team were very responsive and accommodating of some slight changes to the itinerary. The space was well appointed, and the decor was quite cozy and congenial. It's a nice roomy space. It's fairly walkable to Temescal (a place with a lot of happening restaurants) and the Rockridge BART station. All in all, one of the better AirBNB experiences I've had.

Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

A neat set up in downtown. You'll need to be a little adventurous to enjoy the convoluted stairs to get up to it. Once you're in, you'll find it's quite private. No neighbors as far as I can tell. We could play our music as loud as the downtown environment was during our stay. The rooftop access is a nice touch, especially as the evening gets darker. Parking is off the street and a bit of juggling but we ultimately had no problems. Grateful to have found this place.

Had a little bit of a miscommunication about check in time but other than that a great stay and host. Was very welcoming and I really enjoyed it being in an almost gated community with lots of places nearby to eat or go for a walk. He was very available for a phone call whenever and was very helpful. Would stay again, thank you!

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Brenda and Monty were amazing hosts. They were friendly and welcoming. The neighborhood was safe. We were there during the holidays and a lot of neighbors put up fun decorations. The unit was quiet and as described. The kitchenette was nicely set up. The internet and cable connections were strong. We stayed for three months. It was a great place to come after work.

Amazing is all I can say. My 80 year old father and I stayed at Rob’s Airbnb for over a month with our pups. Lovely yard (even with assistant 4 paw gardeners), great layout, and literally anything you could need plus some delightfully surprising Darioush vintage. Thank you Rob for all the accommodations.

We can't speak higher of Ann or the three bedroom apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and shops in both directions on Telegraph. A short ride from Berkeley, Downtown Oakland, and San Francisco. The apartment is safe and convenient. Private access to the on-site laundry room is a plus! Thank you Ann for your generous hospitality!

Beautiful home! The outdoor shower was amazing. The heated floor in the upstairs bathroom and the shower upstairs were fabulous as well. A cozy place with lots to do in the house as well as easy access to the state park right next door!

This place was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the backyard was a peaceful retreat — perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The location was ideal too: close to great restaurants, wineries, and beautiful parks. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making this space welcoming. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Santa Rosa!

It’s a special experience staying at Little Castle. Not only is it a lovely house but it is equipped with everything you can imagine for a great stay. My family had our Thanksgiving during our stay and everything you can imagine to cook for and serve eleven people was available. Leslie was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Can’t recommend Little Castle enough if you are looking to get a large group together.

This home is my wife and I's favorite Airbnb in Chico. It's a beautiful home, cozy and within walking distance to a grocery store and a burger place. We highly recommend this place for your next trip!

Talk about Northern California paradise, Graeme's place is so beautiful and so relaxing. It is a bit of a drive from the 101 but so worth it for the peace and quiet; slept better than I have in months. Trees forever; well supplied kitchen--you can cook anything as plenty of pots/pans, utensils. Books and games for kids and adults; we had 3 generations with us and everyone hated to leave.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cook ware. We enjoyed being such a short walk to the beach but we equally enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Its a beautiful place and people were very friendly. The host gave very clear, easy to follow instructions. Instructions were so good that there was no need to contact her during our stay!
