It is set in a conservation area adjoining a nature reserve with a large lake and a footpath that leads you to the river Thames. Boats and paddle boards can be hired locally and the area is great for walking, cycling and bird watching.

Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.
