My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

The condo unit has an elegant and minimalist vibe located at the 16th floor of Tower 5 SM Wind Residences. Enjoy the relaxing view of the Taal lake in the comfort of the unit’s own balcony. You need to present a valid ID upon check in. To keep the space fresh and serene, cooking isn’t allowed — but you’re welcome to bring your own food, reheat it in the microwave, store it in the fridge, and use the rice cooker for your meals.
