Great, clean apartment! This building also has indoor swimming pool and a real indoor basketball court! We all had a blast!

The location is on the edge of a neighborhood or area that is very run down, however it may be an up and coming area based on the new apartments being built down the block. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable, however it was extremely dusty in areas, and my son had a really bad allergic reaction to it. It is conveniently located near two supermarkets in walking distance. Getting into the apartment was very easy. We were able to get street parking outside the building.

It was hard to get in at first, but the keypad was eventually fixed plus there was another entry i could have used and didn't khow

Great place, quite literally in the middle of every major attraction in Philly, everything was within a 30 minute walk.

Charlene was very easy to communicate with. Polite and friendly.. also very accommodating for a last minute issue, allowed us to check out an hour later without any extra fees.

Great apartment, AC sytem runs with noise though.

Staying at Angel and Frank's Airbnb was an absolute joy. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed—they truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. All the personal touches throughout the space made it feel warm, thoughtful, and better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the views are simply stunning. It honestly felt like I was visiting family back on the East Coast. If I'm lucky enough to have the chance, I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was exactly as shown. Whitney was communicative, friendly and helpful. She graciously worked with us on our check-in time as we were coming in for a wedding and we were running really late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had some nice complimentary toiletries. Thanks so much for everything!

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Place was lovely and very private. Easy access to the room. Free parking was good for the area just make sure you follow directions as told to get to the main building.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was easy to check in and out, instructions were very clear, and Beth was very responsive when I had questions. I liked the area because of how convenient it was. when I wanted to go grocery shopping there were three different groceries stores right next to the building(Target, Giant, and Sprouts). I didn't have to travel far to get the stuff I needed. It was a nice place to retreat to after traversing the busy city all day. The building has a pretty big gym in the basement that I liked using to keep up with my morning jogs. The only thing that concerned me at first was a faint smell in the apartment. It wasn't a really bad smell it was more like a stagnant smell that went away when I opened a windows and sprayed some fabreez. Other than that I had a nice and comfortable stay at this Airbnb.

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a lovely week staying at George's place. The location was convenient for visiting nearby family, as well as attractions such as the Brandywine River Museum and Bombay Hook for birding. We even took the train into Philly one day, and that was easy and fun. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and well-stocked with the basics. Our bed may have been the most comfortable I've ever experienced as an Air BnB renter! Thanks, George, for sharing your home!

The location of the house was very easy to find, and the house looked better than the pictures. It was very recommended for families with children, were a lot of new places to visit. Also the bikes were in a very good condition and my ten year old daughter learned how to ride a bike. Thank you Ruth, your house is so beautiful and peaceful.

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Rod’s place was great. One block off the main walkable Bryn Mawr strip, but dedicated parking either in the garage on the apron of the garage can’t be beat. For reference, we fit our Subaru Ascent in the garage, but it was a tight fit. We put our older two in the front bedroom on the bed and mattress on the floor, put our youngest on our air mattress in the gym/office room, and we took the back room. We didn’t use the third floor. Easy check-in and check-out. Dishwasher is super helpful. We used the countertop air fryer/toaster instead of the stove. The electric kettle came in handy too.
