This house and property are a dream. Spent the weekend here with a few friends for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t imagine a better space to gather with loved ones. The property is so fun and well-maintained, and we took advantage of the incredible amenities, specifically the pickleball court and fire pit near the pond. The house slept everyone perfectly. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The living room perfect for game night and cozying on the couch. I can’t wait to stay here again! Everyone had an amazing time and raved about the space. Definitely recommend going to September Farms nearby for food/coffee. Juliana was responsive, kind, accommodating, and helpful. Looking forward to returning soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a work trip in the area. It easily fit our large group and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay a Lori's place. The property is scenic and peaceful. The inside of the house was well kept, and our kids really enjoyed the backyard.

We were looking for a quiet location for the night while we attended the Men of Velvet and Steel Conference close by. This location and house fit those needs very well. Everything was nicely decorated and very clean. This would be a real nice house for a romantic getaway. The Pa turnpike is very close, but does not interfere with quietness overnight. We all slept very good!

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at the farm! The house looked exactly like the photos, and the kids absolutely enjoyed getting up close with all the different animals. The place was spotless, and our host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need, from restaurants to playgrounds for the kids. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our future trips!

This apartment adjacent to the family home is the perfect place to spend a few days exploring the local area. The semi rural neighbourhood is whisper quiet while allowing easy access to the surrounding towns with the use of a car. Barb has made every effort to ensure the comfort of her guests with homely touches, attention to detail and meticulous cleaning. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The king sized bed is comfortable and furnished with pristine linen and generous pillows. The modern bathroom has plentiful hot water and supplies and there is a large laundry for the use of guests. Barb and Daniel were most welcoming when we met. We feel fortunate to have met them and are so grateful for their generous hospitality.

Went to the Philadelphia Folk Society concert at the Colonial. Enjoyed the stay h a lot. This apartment is half mile walk. Would not want to walk the last part of the half mile home from downtown Bridge street late at night unless in a group. Not the owner's fault, but since parking is not quite right in front of the unit, street only- situation is a bit "eh"... (Women traveling should know this.) Melanie made a smaller sized space so very comfortable and thoughtful. The place was extra clean + nice having a fridge, burners, snax etc. and good coffee. So we appreciate that!! Beds were comfy, but not soft. Slept well. Neighbors were up early and bounded loudly out the door from the second floor. It was brief though. Over all it was a very good experience. It would be nice if the properties across the st. were fixed up. Bulk trash abounded everywhere near abandon boarded up homes. However Melanie's place was very clean & neat! Really nice bathroom. Good for short stay.

Sonia was a phenomenal host. Flexible, friendly, responsive, and communicative. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area is beautiful and restful. We truly enjoyed it and would book again in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was clean, the neighborhood was quiet like told and really convenient with stores. The TVs were lovely, Kameron and I believe Kayla both did their best to accommodate any needs (although there weren’t any) and responded within the time displayed. I would recommend this place!

We stumbled upon the cute little town of Media by accident last summer, and knew if we came back to the area we wanted to stay there. Love the location of this Airbnb - perfect for walking around Media or catching the train in to Philly. Also just a short and uncomplicated drive to Swarthmore (which is what brought us here this time). The sofa bed is a bit tight for multiple teens - it seems smaller than a full size mattress. If you have 4 people and none are little kids, you may want to consider bringing a single air mattress/sleeping bag for the 4th person. We went ahead and booked this Airbnb again for our next trip to the area this fall and look forward to visiting again!

The Bumble Bee is an adorable home tucked away in the middle of downtown New Castle, DE. It has all the charm & comfort you would hope for in an old town with updated modern conveniences.

The home was beautiful and spacious. It was clean and loved the style of the house. We had a good relaxing time. Next time we’ll come on a week that’s warmer to enjoy the backyard better.

I rarely leave public reviews on Airbnb but Laura's house was amazing! So clean and cozy, with abundant amenities that both kids and grown ups loved. One thing to note is that all the rooms are next to each other on the upper floor - we traveled as a family so it was fine but something to keep in mind. The house is also 10-15 minutes away from so many yummy restaurants/cafes and tourist attractions. We loved eating all the local Amish foods! Next time, we'll book during the summer so we can take advantage of the pool. Thanks for a great stay!

This place had everything we needed for a fun friend getaway. plenty of space and lots of kitchen stuff. byo shower gel/shampoo, but everything else you'd need was there
