Willow Knoll 2 is a four bedroom apartment on the first floor of our home. Has two full bathrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen area. Complete with all utensils, etc. needed for cooking and dining. Three of the bedrooms have a twin bed above the main bed and thus the space can sleep up to 11 people. Parking/patio/yard/grills/fire pit are immediately in front of the apartment. The pond located on the property is not stocked. Our property is 8.5 acres located 16 miles from Fredericksburg.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. The Farmhouse at Spotted Sheep Farms is a Texas chic property and is perfect for a wine country getaway. The property is home to animals and wild life including alpacas, llamas, miniature donkeys, miniature sheep and of course, spotted sheep! It boasts an open floorplan with full kitchen, queen bedroom, loft with two twin beds, brand new HotTub, satellite TV, WiFi, Netflix, outdoor games, fire pit, and large porch to watch the sunset and farm animals.

This is one of the largest tiny homes in the area and comes fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, a giant walk-in shower, and an oversized TV inside! Sit by the outdoor fire pit and watch the deer.
