My family and I had an amazing time in Austin for Easter weekend. The house was beautiful, clean and was located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice and very attentive, we definitely recommend this place for anyone staying near kalahari resort or Austin. 5 stars!

We stayed 1 month at this place with our family (7 months, 3 and 16 years old). Great for family and long-stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. A lot of linen. The hosts were very responsive if needed help. Feels like home. I don’t have any bad things to complain about really! Thank you again for let us staying at your house.

Nelma's home was incredible. It truly exceeded my expectations. It's a space surrounded by nature where you can forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life! It's also designed to relax and entertain children. I found a place where my daughters, my pet, my sisters, and I could share quality family time and enjoy our free time just a few hours from The Woodlands! We would definitely return. By the way beds were very confortable and main bathroom has a Jacuzzi that can give us a warm and relaxing bobble bath!! Try it!! Tanks you Nelma and Mona!

Derik was very responsive and reached out prior to our arrival! I appreciated this because we got stuck in a hail and windstorm and I knew Derik was available if we needed help with his ARBNB. One less thing to worry about. The home was as he described and he was very responsive. Hoping to stay there during football season! Thanks Derik.

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. The backyard was lovely nice and cozy. Thank you for allowing me and my family to share your home. I would definitely recommend.

This place was exactly as described & Christine made the instructions very clear, with pictures, to find the building, parking, & room. The place was such a great lil vibe & loved the way the balcony was set up ! Definitely recommend.

Vickie’s place was an absolute gem! She was extremely accommodating and the bed was honestly the best! She keeps a beautiful garden that was an absolute pleasure I could go on and on!!

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

Zach’s place was beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pools, hot tubs and our own balcony. A wonderful location to get away from everything and revel in the peace and quiet. Very spacious and the two full bathrooms made getting ready so much easier.

Tam was wonderful. Great location in a peaceful neighborhood. Tam was extremely responsive and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Loved all the amenities as well. Will definitely stay again when I am in Roundrock.

This is a stylish well appointed apartment with many great facilities to use, such as the pool and the co-workspace. It’s well equipped and beautifully clean. Ali is the perfect host, quick to respond and helpful when required.

This house was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a few days away from home. The backyard made us feel like we were in a resort far away, even though we were close to home in Georgetown. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, and Rhonda was an excellent and communicative host. The only problem for me, which I think might be a consideration for some others, is that there are steps in many locations on the first floor. Because I recently had eye surgery, I had to be extra-careful to make sure I didn't miss a step. We also didn't notice in the pictures that the second bedroom downstairs has French doors, so privacy was an issue there. It was still a great experience in a beautiful house.

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

We loved falcons nest. Beautiful property. Looks like the pictures. We were able to get quick responses all weekend. It was a peaceful yet enjoyable birthday weekend. The gate entrance is hard to find from the dark road. And I was a bit bummed to leave out two more of my close friends that couldn't even visit the property during the day (No day guests past the 10 guests permitted to stay.). But I understood the 10 person max guideline and previous issues they've had with too many guests. We'd definitely return.

If you are looking for a space to gather 10+ people and have a retreat, this is your spot. We hosted a bachelorette with 16 girls, with the hope of having a space where we could all relax, have quality time, and also have access to a night out in Austin. Everyone had a bed was comfortable. We LOVED the lakefront access and that we could open up the huge screen doors. While there we hosted a dinner with a private chef (could fit everyone at the table) and brought in a private workout class. Kim is THE BEST. She texted me often to make sure that we had everything we need and called me two days before to confirm how many beds we'd need and if she could stock the house ahead of time (too kind!). Kim and her space let me throw the bachelorette that my best friend envisioned seamlessly and for that I will always be grateful. Maybe I'll even come back for my own!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!

Sandi and Bob are incredible people and have a wonderful escape in Leander. Their space has so many activities and amenities to enjoy during your stay. You could spend hours just looking through the interior of the Bunkhouse with all the art and cool collectibles they have lying around. We got to see their two buffaloes & longhorn, and Sandi even let us hand-feed them! The Bunk House was spotless and has a vast amount of sleeping space. More than enough towels for taking a dip in the hot tub/pool. We will certainly be keeping Sandi & Bob in mind the next time we come down to Texas!

Great place to stay. Beautiful views and quiet. Property has everything you could need. Highly recommend to future guests.
