The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Relax with friends or the whole family at this peaceful haven just outside Nashville, and minutes from Franklin in the quaint town of Leipers Fork. Enjoy private hiking trails, a salt water pool, hot tub and plenty of room. Our guest quarters is the entire first floor (pool level) of our home. It is a self-contained 1,740 sq.ft apartment (not the entire home) and has two private entrances, and a full kitchen. It is less than 1 mi from a mtn bike park and 2 mi. from fine dining and entertainment.

Free convenient PARKING on the property. Beautiful views. Relax by crystal clean pool. Safe quiet residential area but only 25 minutes from S. Nashville. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac. The pool is available year round 9 AM-8 PM. but not heated so only usable approx. May-Oct when the sun heats it to a comfortable temperature. Due to pool insurance liability restrictions Infants/children under 12 are not allowed.
