Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. The Cottage on Roberts

Recently renovated! The Cottage on Roberts is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is all one level with the exception of a few steps that guests will need to climb to get into the house. If climbing stairs is an issue we can provide access by way of the back door, which has no steps. We can comfortably sleep and host 6 guests. The outdoor covered patio, backyard and kid's playset make this space great for all types of guests!

Rose Cottage is about a two minute walk to The Square and to Franklin's main attractions, venues and restaurants. There is no struggle to find a place to park with its location being closer than much of the available parking. It is quite convenient in the evening to be able to walk home from an evening spent downtown!
