Great amazing location! Right in the middle of all the fun. Place was gorgeous, clean, well stocked. Free was quick to respond to all my questions.

Beautiful setting on the Pacific coast. Lovely view, excellent amenities, very helpful staff. Truly family-friendly pool area, as well as lounge, stocked with multiple fun activities for children. Highly recommend!

Perfect location with lots of amenities.

Nice little place for a nite! there was an additional 10dollar charge for wi fi and only basic cable was offered so that was a bit of a surprise in this day and age. Also there was only one ice machine available in the game room on the first floor which given the fact that this is an 8 floor hotel was also a surprise. If you’re staying more than one night I’d recommend a first floor room. These are all minor things but aren’t mentioned in the listing. Overall I’d stay again with Fred he was very responsive and helpful!

The room and the amenities are just what we needed clean beautiful space sums up on all counts.

I've stayed at the Grey Gull several times over the years and always had a positive experience. The people were very nice, the grounds were well kept, and there's easy access to the ocean.

Staff was great clean warm and quiet

The room was very spacious. I loved having a corner unit as the decking went around two sides of the room. Great functioning kitchen with everything you need to cook on your own. Gorgeous fireplace My only critique was the two recliner chairs in the main room. One was fine but the other was a little wobbly and I think just because of age. We were on the second floor which did not give us an ocean view however we did see the dunes and were graced in the morning with deer all around. We were close enough to the ocean It was just a short drive for us and the tide was in and the water frothy and stormy. Way cool!

Grey Gull Condos was a great stay. Just a short walk from the beach, with a heated pool and hot tub;what more could you want! They were quick to communicate and flexible when I needed to switch to a pet friendly room. Would recommend.
