Little cottage by the pond

This is our little cottage for guests. It’s right next to our koi pond , with the windows open you can fall asleep listening to the waterfall. Or have a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish and if you get lucky the ducks . Lol . It is very cozy and warm . This is a private cottage and you do not have to have any interaction with people! It has keyless entry. I clean and sanitize everything !We are extra vigilant to keep everyone safe! This cottage is not suitable for children,or pets .

It is about 15 min from downtown Puyallup and about 5 min drive to grocery stores. The guest suite is yours. Check yourself in with easy access smart lock. Relax in the quiet backyard, shoot pool , or enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch with surround sound. basketball hoop and firepit for your enjoyment also. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa couch and futon in living room. Steep outdoor steps to unit so could be difficult for those with mobility concerns. With wet weather the steps will be wet and possibly slippery please use railing.

Welcome to Gilbert's Cottage! Be our guest for a night or stay longer if you want access to the greater PNW. Our home sits on an acre in the farmland of the Puyallup valley. Check out downtown Sumner or Puyallup main street for boutiques, cafés, pubs, and local breweries. Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
