Terrific place to stay. Gold Coast apartments is a nice place

This was a great Airbnb. 7 of us stayed here comfortably (4 adults, 3 kids). The instructions to get into the parking lot, into the building & into our rental itself were clear step-by-step and included pictures. So helpful. The apartment was so clean. The bathrooms smelled of bleach and had clearly been well cleaned. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. The huge windows and beautiful view of the city was a major bonus. This apt felt very safe, inside a secure building with staff at the front desk. This apt is so close to Grant Park, tons of restaurants and a very short Uber to the museum campus as well. Plus, Target like 1-2 blocks away in case you need anything! Overall, we had a great stay & this Airbnb is definitely a great find. The only (very small) complaint we had is maybe not quite enough towels. We had to reuse 2 for the kids. Some additional ‘extra’ blankets/throws would be nice also, as we always seem to be a little chilly in rentals.

I needed a local place to stay while my apartment was being renovated, and this spot was perfect – homey and very clean! The unit I stayed in was slightly different from the photos, but the decor and layout were similar (as noted in the listing). It's located in a quieter part of River North but still super convenient, with Whole Foods, CVS, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

Jason bent over backwards to accommodate me and ensured the place was accessible well before check in. It was very homey and above all safe with a lockable gate to the street. You cannot beat the location, bars, restaurants, coffee, yoga, good shopping. And 2 minutes from Damen station. Couldn’t believe I found it!

Pros: Amazing location! Easy to find free street parking 🤩 Comfortable bed! Cons: Bring earplugs or sound machine. The hallway can get loud with dogs barking, people talking and doors slamming. We would totally stay again!

we booked serg property last minute. it was great, serg was always responsive. property was as described. location was perfect only 10 min drive to the city.

Lovely spacious apartment, we were in Chicago for the marathon and this place was perfect. Travelling downtown was really easy on the blue line. Great host and great communication, thank you!

Very comfortable bed, we did not use the kitchen but it was very roomy. Jay immediately responded and gave us a new code when we couldn’t open the door. The WiFi needed to be reset but it did not affect us, since we were up and out early, and returned late. The parking permits were very comfortable convenient.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

We had a wonderful time in Pilsen neighborhood. Michael & Alex are wonderful hosts and who have a beautiful home. They let us have a later check out and was very much needed after my kids being at Concert night before. No issues with communication, always very fast and clear instructions. We went to Lollapalooza and shopping. It was a little tricky figuring out the bus schedule and El, but not an issue really. They helped us with that too. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors in the building are so nice and welcoming. Parking is on the street right next to the building and never had an issue finding parking spot. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Curtis' place was perfect! Being our first time in town, the place was pretty much central to anything we wanted to check out. Lots of variety of good local food nearby. Place was clean and well decorated with a chill vibe, felt right at home. Lots of of cool art, good selection of reading. Curtis was highly communicative. Would stay again!

WWWWOOOWWW!! This host team was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve stayed in plenty of AirBnBs, and I’ve NEVER encountered a host that was so EXTREMELY accommodating, responsive, and kind! Other hosts should take a page out of their book! The only thing I would change, and it’s not a bad thing (just a matter of preference); I would have some type of blinds or drapes over the living room windows. This will allow for privacy when you’re sitting in the living/dining room areas at night with the lights on inside. Hands down, we would without a doubt book with this team again! This is a great place for the price! The apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything is near the house: gym, Sam's club, Walgreen, community center, Food4Less, etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you will meet lots of birds, squirrels, rabbits. Wi-Fi connection is extremely fast, perfect for remote workers. The only minus point is that it's pretty far away from downtown, but I think that's a trade-off for the great price!
