Nicole was quick to answer any questions that I had. Also let me know about things like an extra key. Had problems with the furnace, but they had someone over within the hour to look at it. Good host, will definitely stay again.

great space, good location in the city, loved the lighting in the apartment, very comfortable. only complaint is how stiff the bed is, but that's just personal preference.

We had a great stay, loved the location and the quiet neighborhood. The park and river front trails were great for morning walks. the house is very roomy, particularly the living room, dining room and kitchen. We would stay again.

This property is a nice clean place to stay. 2 nice sized bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room. Heating system worked great. Everything was clean and worked great. We would recommend this to a friend and we would stay again.

Mike's Maple was wonderfully welcoming! We have stayed many times in Wichita at different locations in AIRBNB's, but this was our first in Delano District and we loved it. The Maple was decorated beautifully with the high quality furnishings. The beds were very comfortable but what got the greatest reviews by all my party were the towels and the rug as you stepped out of the tub/shower! Thanks, Mike! We hope the Maple will have an open weekend next time we book.

Esther’s place was exactly what we needed for our large family. It was perfect to keep the kids entertained, especially with the weather we had. Everything was clean and in great working order. It was super convenient to everything we needed to do while on our trip. Esther made sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch through our stay. If you are looking for a great host and a beautiful home this is it!! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wichita.

These two are the best Hosts! Always making sure you have everything you need or want. Willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations. This place is close to EVERYTHING! The skate park is located directly behind the house. It's great for the kids to let off their energy! It's also close to Warren Riverview Park. Our boys took the opportunity to go fishing and exploring at the river during our stay. The house is on the BEST worm bed ever! Even though it's close to everything in town, it's also VERY Private as well. We just LOVED spending time in the backyard. We were even able to have a few family members over for the Easter Holiday and it was so wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at this location, especially for extended stays. We really enjoy our time at Amanda's Place! Looking forward to our next stay!

We rented this Airbnb due to the close proximity to the Park City arena for state wrestling. Everything was as described. Cute little house in a nice area. Location was far enough away to avoid crazy traffic yet close enough to go out and about as we chose. Thank you!
