My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

Great location near the centre of Looe. Having onsite parking is always a massive bonus when staying in any town in Cornwall. Highly recommended apartment. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and the apartment. Worth noting that access to the apartment from the parking is via steps.

Rob and Debbie‘s place was well located above the very busy Padstowe Port area. The cottage was well maintained and had all of the amenities plus more. By more, we mean that there were many little things such as cookies and hot chocolate fixings, but most of all a wonderful bottle of Prosecco, which greeted us together with a lovely handwritten welcoming note. Given the tight parking restrictions almost everywhere in Cornwall, it was great to have our own private parking spot adjacent to the house. All in all a wonderful accommodation. Booked Sally’s apartment at very short notice and Sally communicated clearly about access etc. The apartment is spotlessly clean and was ideal for our one night stay. Although at the top end of St Austell it was only a few minutes by car to Charlestown harbour which is delightful and has a number of excellent restaurants and pubs, several with sea views. The apartment is fully equipped and also has distant sea views.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

We travelled down to Plymouth for my dad's funeral and hotel prices where crazy expensive. Saw The squirrels on here and it was perfect for 7 of us and out little dog. It was easy to get to with the sat nav. The house is absolutely beautiful and the garden too. definitely got some decor inspo. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Plymouth for a visit. We would definitely stay again for our next visit for a happier purpose. Thanks Daryl for being a great host.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Louise was a lovely host! Her instructions for check in/check out were extremely accurate. We felt at home in this spacious, very clean, comfortable spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans dishes/cutlery to make and serve your own meals. The delicious olive oil and coffee provided were a very nice touch. Thank you Louise, we will be back!

We stayed overnight at Diana’s beautiful place after a full day of exploring Salcombe, and it was just as stunning as the photos! The interiors were lovely, and the house felt so cozy. It’s only a 20-25 minute drive to Salcombe, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and affordable stay. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I return to Salcombe. @Diana – We were on a 15-day trip and stayed at 5-6 different Airbnbs, but yours was the best! Cheers!

The host is very understanding, chill and just wants the guests to have a good time visiting the beautiful city of Plymouth. The home was fully equipped with dishes and there was a Nespresso machine and teabags as well as some sugar and milk sachets. There were also enough supplies such as detergent pods and dishwashing liquid and shampoo and shower gel! The host had thought about everything to ensure a comfortable stay. It was indeed very chic and very cozy and Richard was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had! I highly recommend this Airbnb if you visit Plymouth- it ticks all the boxes! I was very wary of airbnbs before staying at the chic apartment but I am so glad I chose to stay here for my first time visiting Plymouth. Although the hotels might have cost a little less it would have been very inconvenient and not as welcoming! The apartment is also very secure and safe in my opinion. I am definitely returning and I genuinely and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

Lovely flat and location was great. Host very proactive. There is a lovely fish restaurant a stones throw from the property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, to be able to have the enjoyment of peace and privacy yet amenities close by… was incredible. Hill side and beach walks right on your doorstep also… words can’t describe this incredible spot. Will 100% be looking into coming back in future.

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

we have an amazing time staying in Mevagissey. such a convenient location to the town and the little beach just opposite was really nice to pop out and sit on when it was nice sun. The apartment was very clean with everything you needed, nice kitchen. We loved sitting in the living room and looking out of the window at the harbour. Overall a lovely stay, wonderfull little town and great place to stay for a week, great hosts - thanks !
