June's Loft

June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

WSU and downtown Pullman are all within a walk or short drive, and a 5 minute walk will get you to Rosauers grocery store, Starbucks, and other local restaurants. After a fun filled day visiting with family & friends, touring the campuses, working, or exploring the Palouse, unwind on the patio or next to the fireplace, while enjoying all the space and privacy the apartment has to offer!

This is a comfortable & fully equipped lower unit of a duplex to enjoy your time in Pullman. You will appreciate the home for all it offers as you enjoy "the mega deck" during an autumn evening or the gas fireplace in the cozy living room on a winter night! It's perfect for WSU football games & Family Weekends, graduations, etc. If you need more space for your gathering, check out the upper unit as well - The View House 1. Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher. Main bedroom has queen bed with a comfy fouton in office/sitting room. Breakfast items provided and meals can be arranged with Chef Joan or prepared by guests.

Great place for coming to visit friends and family in the Palouse! Spacious kitchen to host dinners, large living room area to relax, and a large bedroom (big enough to fit multiple pack and plays if needed). Located on pioneer hill, this space is a 5-minute drive away from campus and an even quicker drive down the hill to downtown Pullman. Just a block's walk away from a bus stop to grab a ride to the game, and close to a few of Pullman's best parks!

Welcome to your own conveniently located, quiet and cozy cabin! This is the lower unit of a duplex in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, only a few blocks from the bus route and downtown, just over 1 mile to the WSU campus. This unit sleeps up to four (one queen bed and two twin sleepers), has a comfortable living room, full kitchen, and remodeled bathroom with laundry stack. No cleaning fee, minimal check out instructions.

Carolyn's Cozy Coop - a private little place

This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
