We had a fantastic stay at The Jade—thank you for opening your lovely home to us! Traveling with two couples and a toddler, we really appreciated how family-friendly the space was. The abundance of toys, plastic plates and bowls, a pack 'n play, and the baby gate for the staircase were thoughtful touches that made our stay so much easier. While the chilly and rainy weather kept us from using the pool, we absolutely loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi—it was such a treat! The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

It is always so nice to stay here. It is my family's favorite place to stay in Chattanooga. We always have a relaxing stay, easy to enter, easy to lock when we go out. And love the decor, inside and out, especially the updated bathroom, although no complaints on the old one!

This is our second time staying at Jenna’s place and it was a great experience again! Plenty of room to spread out, nice and clean, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. Thanks again for a great visit!

The host were extremely helpful and responsive! The neighborhood, although it was industrial, felt safe and the home was a perfect space for hosting my small wedding and it is convenient to downtown. The porch is huge and allowed for ample space. I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Marco, was an amazing host and it was perfect in every way. We will definitely be back again as our daughter begins UT Chatt. for college! Love this place!

My family loved the place & said it was one of the best they'd stayed in. It was too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was great! There are neighbors but you'd never know it due to the woods surrounding the property. The bunkhouse/game room is ideal for a family with kids! Thank you for a great stay.

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stop with a family of eight and found this. WAY better than a stop at a hotel! Even though it was a short stay our family will remember it for the rest of our lives. Decor was fantastic and rooms were very nice.

We had a great stay at Jeff's place. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. There wasn't much need for communication, as the instructions were clear and had all the details we needed, but I did have question about check out and Jeff responded quickly. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.

We were only there for about 12 hours but the place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and a friendly host that responded quickly to our messages.

From check in to check out, this place was great. Awesome location, less than 10 minutes to the convention center. Extremely clean, there is a no shoes in the house rule that really helps make this place feel like home. The steps are steep going up and down to the bedrooms but that is common in this area due to the terrain. 4 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 share a bathroom that has extra sink outside the toilet, bathtub, and sink area. The other bathroom is in the master suite which has an amazing closet. Bonus, There is a workout room upstairs! The main floor has an eat in kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room and a billiards room. 2 car garage access, fire pit and deck. Pictures don’t do this listing justice. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. Will definitely book next time!!

Krista was very proactive from the moment we booked our reservations. She was helpful to our clinic in making sure we knew all we needed to know before the stay. She offered for us to come take a look at the place before the arrival of our Relief Vet. Dr. S says she very much enjoyed her stay. The place was exactly what she was expecting - quiet, peaceful and close enough to get out for necessities and meals but in the 'country' enough to enjoy the solitude after a long day at the surgery table. We would definitely consider booking with Krista again; Dr. S says she will stay there should she be back in town for another visit.

Most amazing place I’ve stayed! Very clean, amenities listed all present and working, host was kind and engaged, and the attention to detail in the theme and decoration were amazing. I loved that even every little trinket box had hidden trinkets, all the drawers had hidden articles and maps, and the decorations closely matched the Hobbit movies. Watched the Hobbit for the first time while there and it was so magical! Also the beds were VERY comfortable!

The place was spotless—really clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. It’s also super conveniently located, just a short drive from the softball park, which was perfect for our tournament weekend. The bathroom was a highlight—huge, beautiful, and felt like a spa with how nicely it was set up. The whole space was cozy and inviting, making it a great retreat after a long day on the field. The host was fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions quickly, and so nice to deal with. They made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable spot near the softball park. Can’t wait to book again!
