Located on the Virginia Creeper bike trail, we are only a 20 min. drive from the summit of beautiful Whitetop Mtn. If hiking and biking are your thing, this is the place to stay, as we are 3 miles from the Appalachian Trail, and a 20 min. drive to Grayson Highlands state park. Downtown Damascus is a 25 min. drive, and Abingdon is 40 minutes. Both towns have cute shops, restaurants, coffee, parks, and antique stores. Bristol is located approx. 50 min. from our home, and Boone, NC about an hour.

Bear Tree Lake is 3 miles close by, where you can fish, swim or walk the one mile trail around the lake. It is a place to come, unwind and disconnect. It is located 10 miles outside of Damascus on Highway 58 toward White Top and Konnarock.
