Welcome to our beautiful Muskoka Retreat, just 20 mins from the town of Huntsville. There is a complimentary Provincial Park Pass provided, between check in and check out times. The decor is fresh and intimate, with warm wood accents. Our property is surrounded by trees, on 10 acres of forested land, where you can enjoy the company of many species of birds and wildlife. The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

One of Bardo Cabins' two, four-season sister-cabins; Pine Cabin is quietly nestled below a granite outcrop among towering old pines on the beautiful, quiet, fifteen acre Dube Lake. Hike, bike, snowshoe or ski the private two kilometers of trails, dive and sunbathe from your own floating dock or wade at a nearby sandy shore, relax bug-free on the screened-in porch listening to the sounds of Bardo's surrounding ten acres of mixed old growth forest, or venture beyond to nearby amenities.

Enjoy your own private loft retreat above a charming barn-style garage, thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This cozy little getaway is just a short 3-minute walk or drive to two beautiful lakes with public beaches and boat launches, and only a quick 7-minute drive to Parry Sound for restaurants, shops, and local charm. A 24-hour convenience store and gas station are also nearby, making it the perfect peaceful spot to unwind and explore the area.

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
