Callywith House was built by the owners in 2019, set beside the River in the woodland village of Trethowel. A tranquil place to kick back and relax with Family and Friends. The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

St Austell train station is around 10 minutes drive or 40 minutes walk. You’ll love my place because of the great location and the character of the property! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and kids and pets are very welcome.
